The trees is what brings beauty to the property .

Attention future developers: Please take design notes from Bali, too much concrete...not enough natural landscaping. You don’t want to feel in prisoned in your home. Perhaps travel to Bali, tropical gated communities in the West and incorporate some (not all) and make it unique to Ghana. There’s so much potential, but looks like a military base. I am sure it will get better with time. 😊
The entrance gates should have a drive up window where the person shows their ID, gives their name, then calls your home. The gates should open/close remotely.

      Mia DoubleZeroSeven,
You are observing Ghana with Western eyes and that is what makes me despise your stupid condescending comment.
JUST SHUT UP AND SHOVE YOUR ADVICE. Haaba! we've always built with blocks you fool. That's the same way we built all those pyramids from Kemet all the way to Kush. There is a difference between block and concrete, kwasia don't you understand MASONRY? Stop telling us what to do every time you watch Afrikan videos. You are the same people who call Afrika a village then turn around to tell us what to do when we are doing our best. LEAVE US ALONE NEANDERTHALS!!!
What is your problem and who are you to constantly feel the need to tell Afrikans to go and learn from other countries. Let me tell you that Ghana gave Malaysia the expertise to develop socioeconpmically where it is today, and had we not been constantly interfered with by the West after colonization, you wouldn't have the nerve to leave such a comment on a Ghanaian real estate developer's channel.
You are telling Afrikans who gave the world science, maths, astrology, spirituality, irrigation, architecture, agriculture, and many others, what to do because you think you are better even though you are lower than dogs.
You liken the community to a military base because you don't see your usual aluminium siding, and vinyl /drywall cheaply built homes here in Ghana. Kwasia, do you know when we started building homes, you little condescending western fly? We like our military base. We don't have to always go and learn from people outside our continent. Can you watch a video about American real estate developers and tell them to go and learn how to build with blocks because they build with plastic materials? You people need to stop this nonsense of finding faults with everything Afrikans do.
WE LIKE OUR CONCRETE AND YES WE HAVE TREES THAT ARE STILL GROWING, SO TAKE YOUR STUPID ADVICE TO YOUR COUNTRY AND STOP BEING OUR BOSS BECAUSE AFRIKA GAVE YOU EVERYTHING YOU BOAST ABOUT.
      #KwasiasemAkwakwa.

This neighborhood puts me in the mind of Doughboy's neighborhood on Boyz in the hood. No landscaping, no trees, houses are all cookie cutter.

why are there gates on every window. If the place has great security. What about fire hazards. How will a person get out of there if there is a fire. I never understand this. It's a death trap. They should make a law that this is not allowed.

These are not supposed to be luxary ma'am. The road construction is very poor to call it luxary. Go check out the road work at Prabon in kumasi. That one merits luxary. Do a better job on the roads instead of focusing on money.

These places are not nice. This will become a ghetto. These are not luxury homes. Maybe to African standards but you missed the mark in many way. This looks like government welfare houses in certain parts of the states. People that are getting cheap income from the government to live. They usually become very dangerous places to live after about 8 to 10 years. Why is Africa trying to sell low quality as high quality. It's a different standard. Learn what high standards are concerning houses. Then bill. These are not nice. They are too close. They will become ghettos very quickly.
