The videos of you in your home are a welcome departure from the hoarder homes. You have a fun house that reminds me more of the Average American Home than many UA-camrs that clean overseas or just have spotless influencer homes, it's comforting!

I decided to start deep cleaning 2 days ago. I wasn’t sure where to start so I thought to myself, what would Mr. What’s-his-face do? So I started by pulling out the stove, then the fridge (big hair ball back there). A couple of times I got a bit overwhelmed with thought of washing down the walls so I broke it up into sections and that made it seem less of a chore. I’m not done but will be ‘gittin’ ‘er done’ right after I watch you clean your house! It’s all about inspiration!
I just finished deep cleaning my apartment that I've lived in for 20 years. I did it on my days off from work when I didn't have plans and it took me about six weeks to scrub everything down, shampoo the carpets, declutter, replace worn out appliances and broken furniture, and clean out and vacuum the closets. It was a ton of work but I did it in stages, setting an achievable goal each day to accomplish an area. Now that it's all done, I'm amazed at how successfully I've managed to reverse so many years of wear and tear. The further you get into a deep cleaning project, the more momentum you will gain to complete it. It's a labor of love and self-care to refresh your living space.

My hubby and I are tackling the hoarding nextdoor neighbor. Well, we're not tackling her, she's 83, we're taking down the piles she created. It took us almost four years to clean up our own *bad word*, so now we feel ready to help someone else. She's been packing it in for over 17 years, only narrow walkways exist in over half the rooms. We started with the kitchen... You're an inspiration, Big Dude, thanks for sharing your superpower! 👏😎
I think if you ever want to really see if you're compatible with someone new in a relationship, do these two things. First, put together any kind of household furniture together. Then go camping. If you're still laughing and not wanting to kill the other person after that...well, you've found yourself a keeper! 😂
Or do a reno starting in January, let them knock down a whole wall, then both of you get sick. Live in one room with 2 cats and 3 parrots. If that doesn’t split you up, nothing will!!
I live in the desert and I can tell you from personal experience that Gatorade does work better than water. Please listen to your wife. As usual, she's right.😄
Just a short tip for you, Biff: when trying to corral pet hair, wrap any old plastic bag you have around the broom as you mop it around. The hair will cling to the bag and not float around with the breeze the broom is kicking up as you sweep. Hope this is helpful. LOVE your videos especially the wacky commentary! Great tip! I’ll have to try this as I have floating cat hair . I was using this thing that looks like a Swiffer mop but it has a cloth sleeve to fit on the mop end. And that cloth ( terry cloth) really grabs the hair . But there’s always more hair!
I really don't have many friends outside of family, but I'm grateful that when guests see my lived-in space, they understand that I'm neurodivergent and have a host of mental illnesses and when I can wipe off counters and do a load of laundry, it's a win. Your videos give me inspiration, thank you.

Id love to see your process for creating terrariums! Living in Canada it's so hard to keep houseplants because they freeze next to windows, so I keep mine in a large cabinet I took the door off of. There are lots of expert eye candy terrarium videos, but I haven't found entry level down to earth stuff.

I was thinking the same thing about the styrofoam. I use it in my Christmas Village for mountains and platforms. I do a little each year to make it easier to put up the next year.

A TV stand with three legs and two books 😂 is the best type of stand ever! I had an industrial size mop bucket with three wheels and one missing. Used it that way (full of water and off balance) for six years. Finally convinced the boss to buy a new bucket...with four wheels.

It would be also really interesting if you had videos or a second channel specifically about autism. For example, my wife's struggling to find a job, and she doesn't find help related to that. And I don't know how to help her either. She doesn't feel free to talk about it, as if it'd be the same as putting a sticker on her forehead saying 'don't hire me'. At the same time, interviewers notice she's 'different'. It's tough and not fair at all.

I believe they should have a curse word rating on the side of the box for things like entertainment centers and ceiling fans. Kind of like a difficulty rating on building-type toys, but also, just as a courtesy to the wife and kids. Like, is it going to be safe to stay and help, or should I just take the kids and hang out in town for a few hours? 😂
I love that you show that even as a professional cleaner your own home is not always perfect. Homes never are but some cleaners never show their own home. Its real and I appreciate this as it will show folks that daily mess is normal.

Your cleaning has rubbed off on me (pun intended) as I started looking at my clutter. I also soak my dishes while doing other things. I haven't had a dishwasher in many years and I'm really good at doing them. After a big family party, my daughter lets me tackle her kitchen cuz she knows I like it. Maybe I should clean houses, too. A TV stand with three legs and two books 😂 is the best type of stand ever! I had an industrial size mop bucket with three wheels and one missing. Used it that way (full of water and off balance) for six years. Finally convinced the boss to buy a new bucket...with four wheels.

It would be also really interesting if you had videos or a second channel specifically about autism. For example, my wife's struggling to find a job, and she doesn't find help related to that. And I don't know how to help her either. She doesn't feel free to talk about it, as if it'd be the same as putting a sticker on her forehead saying 'don't hire me'. At the same time, interviewers notice she's 'different'. It's tough and not fair at all.

I believe they should have a curse word rating on the side of the box for things like entertainment centers and ceiling fans. Kind of like a difficulty rating on building-type toys, but also, just as a courtesy to the wife and kids. Like, is it going to be safe to stay and help, or should I just take the kids and hang out in town for a few hours? 😂
