- Standing Yoga Asanas unn prakar ke asanas hain jo aap kahin bhi kar sakte hain taaki sthirata aur sharir ka santulan badh sake. Inhe apne rozmarra ki vyayam ruti mein shaamil karne se swasth mann aur sharir milta hai. Isse alag-alag sharir ke bhaagon ko majboot karke sahi rakt sanchar bhi banaye rakha ja sakta hai.
