I love the tips in this video especially the self care part! We can do bubble bath, face mask with stress. Self care means taking good care of your mental and physical health, do things that really feel good but not things that "should feel good". Meditating is one of the best self care thing I do to release stress and anxiety everyday with a day job and balancing my youtube channel. These tips are golden 💜
I always took a book with me to work so I could have a little 'personal time' during lunch. It gave me a breather between work in the morning and work in the afternoon.
