    Thanks for showing the varieties of pastries with your reviews - I love croissants! In my city, I went to Bountiful Farmers' Market a few months ago & walked to Alyonka Bakery to try a sugar glazed croissant with almonds & a squared blueberry croissant. So yummy!😋 I haven't eaten these 2 pastries since I was a teenager, which brings back great memories. It's the unique flavors that Alyonka Bakery made, which other local bakery shops & grocery stores don't sell here. I just saw your video & look forward to learn more. Someday I'm waiting to try Taro croissant. Taro is my favorite flavor in buns & cake. Which topping or flavor is your favorite croissant?😊🥐

    Your pastries are too dry, too stiff. Just looking at them you can see that they are too old.
    Change bakery shop. (french advise)
