If I use 250gm chocolate then how much milk Will be used I want to make truffle cake will this ganache will be thick I want spread consistency of this ganache.
(1) Heat 135g milk and 65g butter until just starts to boil.
(2) Chop 200g chocolate and place into a bowl.
(3) Pour the milk and butter on chocolate.
(4) Wait a minute then stir it until it’s a smooth ganache.
You need the butter in my version or it might not be spreadable.

The ratio to getting a perfect ganache is 2:1 so in your case if you have taken 250gm chocolate just take 125gm cream (amul cream is good for truffle)mix together microwave for 2 min and add a teaspoon of salted butter just for the extra shine that's keep the ganache on room temperature for 3 hours and if in hurry keep in fridge for 30 min cling wrapped and your ganache is ready to piped
