Eating carbs is perfectly ok... Just eat the right kind. The video said no bread, pasta, or rice and that's bull carp. Let me explain... You can still eat bread, but eat whole grain instead of white. Same goes with any other carb.

I just made a video on white foods (white flour and white sugar). But wouldn't agree on cutting down rice. Rice provides with some of the essential amino acids along with being a source of carbohydrates (which is by the way required by the body).
SCImplify she was probably talking about white rice which is processed heavily thus taking away the brown bran essential for the body...that's why we are asked to eat more of whole bran bread or whole wheat bread

Believed it or not the mighty bananas are a fat burning foods.Ive never love banana in my life maybe just 1 a day.But since I've been eating a high fruits &greens nuts seeds and a cook starches or bake potatoes at dinners time and 7-10 bananas some days 15 bananas aday and I've saw my tummy are flatter.

I drink water aprrox 3 litre per day ... I drink one glass half an hour before my meal and after my meal I have brown rice in my lunch Per day 30min workout
Well their is one great stuff for omega fatty acid is flex seeds.... It contains alt more omega thn a fish.... I recently started n i also feed this to my toddler ....

Whenever you are feeling hungry, just eat cucumber or carrot..... they are very healthy to eat as snacks too
