Program new keys and key fob for 1999 - 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

After running over my keys with a riding lawn mower, we decided to order new keys and new key fobs for our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. We googled and ordered the following products on Ebay:
1. Doorman 13778 Keyless entry Transmitter with Keyfob.
2. 2 Replacement For 2002 2003 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Transponder Keys.
3. 10 x New Original Toshiba CR2016 CR 2016 3V LITHIUM BATTERY BR2016 DL2016 Watch
We ordered these products through Ebay, but we're pretty sure you can find them on Amazon, Parts Geek, etc.
If the key fob you order does not come with batteries, the batteries are easy to install. Using a flat tip screwdriver, locate slot on side of key fob and insert flat tip, giving it a quarter turn. The key fob will pop open. Then place 2 CR2016 batteries positive (+) side up in battery well. Then snap key fob back together and you are ready to program your key fob.
