Nemophila is a "new band" but all of their components are experienced professionals. One of the guitars (the one on the right) Saki have a long carrer in famous bands in Japan, like Mary´s Blood (still active). All of them come from others bands (in Japan is normal for a musician to be in more than one band). The drummer Muratatam is considered one of the female drummers in Japan. They do a lot of covers, from Iron Maiden to Kiss, from the "minions" to anime songs and also have their own songs in the metal corner. The vocalist Mayu have a really great range and it´s a very versatile singer, but also she like to put some grit in their versions of other groups. In their own songs they gravitate to trash and death metal also, must hear something like "Raitei" or "Dissension"

Glad you found this band they have joined Maiden and Jinjer as my favorite bands right now. While I love every song on Powerslave I would put Rime and Powerslave as my favorites from the album.
Ironically, the songs that many llisteners like least on that album are the favvourite ones of musicians.There are a few professional musicians, online here, that favourite song on the album is "back in the village."Courteney Cox the lead guitarist, of the Iron Maiden's favourite riff is back in the village, many guittarists say this. Saw someone already requested Dissension, their heaviest song. Perhaps you could try “Life” after that to see the other end of the spectrum. It is a ballad with a great backstory to the performance. The drummer, Tamu, had just returned from maternity leave and the band played the song for her during an online concert (you see them all turned towards her). It was pretty emotional. Plus Hazuki, one of the guitarists, was celebrating her birthday, so Life was a very appropriate song for the time.
