Wonderful! Lobster & Tuna are my favorite meats for hearty Soba Noodle dishes. I will have to try this later. I like the idea of using fresh shredded scallion tops in the Tempura batter for a kind of Country-fried Onion flavor. All the Grandma & Mums I'm sure are nodding in appreciation right now. I also liked how you salted the meat before adding anything in the first place, & by frying the shell (Half at a time, for Maximum Display crispness) you also flavored the oil with the 'clean' Lobster 'funk'. Brilliant!
Sometimes, the easiest recipes are the best ones. After a long day at work, I either do Soba Noodles, Jasmine Rice bowls or Wonton Potstickers.

Slipper lobsters are milder than spiny lobsters. When I lived on Maui, my brother-in-law was a diver and maybe twice a month we dined on these lobsters with drawn butter. ʻOno loa (very delicious). Aloha from Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi.
