💛The video! Get yourself a tiny fold up table. You could even move it to your bed like a 🤏🏾nightstand? An acrylic one, wouldn't clutter your space. Your welcome!🤗
This is more make sense. Tiny apartements design in Tokyo proves that people can be really creative managing small spaces. So many ideas for tiny homes.
I want to thank you for showing one of your colleague's apartment. It is very nice for the size and usage of his living space. The kitchen was small but functional along with the bathroom. It looks very comfortable and warm and he like his location there in SoHo. Finally, there is a little cute cat how lives there with him and that is very very cute..😊
My guess is $1900 a month plus. If it went on the market today I would say easily $2400 per month. This needs to be a guessing game Ryan. Whomever gets it correct wins some Ryan swag or Adrian's dartboard, lol 😆 😎
Love the vid man. Would be cool to see a little mini series colabing with interior designers, specifically in apartment spaces. Would cater to your target demo I’m sure and with all the stagers you’re plugged in with, coordinating a vid out of that seems doable for sure. Keep doin big things 👊🏼
Make sure to check out our own network LISTED (ua-cam.com/users/listed) for shows that feature just what you mentioned! A fast growing part of SERHANT. and hope you enjoy!
Sometimes I prefer tiny spaces because so much ingenuity and creativity for using space. Adrians living room wall looks sick love the frames. Also that New York or no where poster 👌🏼👏🏼
From one Adrienne to another - I love this apartment! ❤️🐈❤️PLUS I love your cat and I have two that look like him. I lived in Manhattan studios for 26 years!!!
The have and the have Not, for Now. I appreciate this young man's good work ethic and know things will change for Him because WE All have to Earn our keep, His Spirit is Good! God Bless Him and his Boss!
Ryan it really would be interesting and helpful to see a variety of living options for the working crowd like Adrian …you started out selling apartments 😁. Love your vlogs. You are inspirational especially on days I need a kickstart. Thank you! And would love to know how its been with the mother-in-law since you all moved into Brooklyn home (loved the show), beautiful family.
I could totally live there! That is a nice space, and it isn't just a boring square like so many studios. He has separate areas for his living room, bedroom, and kitchen. And it's so, which makes it so easy to keep clean. I still doubt that I could afford it, though.
He had room on the left side of trc CV touch for a small side table and a small table in front of the sofa. I would get rid of the bar cart and put a small fold down table with folding chairs In the kitchen I would put a microwave on top of the microwave and put a convection oven on.
I loved this vlog, I would live in something about twice this size but my cats would be pissed off. I use only about 200 sqft of my house 1500 sqft house. Can't wait for another one. I am a big fan of Cash Jordan.
This is Craaaaazy! Why is the front door frame scarred like that? I'm not going to ask how much is the rent. Kudos to Adrian for accepting this life; even if it's temporary.
Here for the energy. In current times getting some thoughts away from everyday routine is super helpful! I wonder how does Ryan prep/sets a meaning to his actions before he starts to shoot or goes to meetings. It had to start from somewhere....
Wowzers! Yes I could comfortably and definitely live in space this size..just not in NYC where I love to visit but your city is WAY out of my financial league. 🤷🏻♀️ Thank you for this amazing tour! Love from Duluth Mn 💕
I really liked this content, impressed Ryan would visit vs the super expensive places he tours. Rent? No idea, but guessing $3k, give or take. Anyone know?
Hey Ryan! I am realtor from Romania. Just to let you know we have 11sqm (118sqf) apartaments. In the city where I live there are whole old buildings where the biggest apartaments are 300sqf. If you would like to, I can send you some presentation, I have one like 118sqf listed. :)
Ryan, you and your brand are incredible, awe-inspiring. Here you are showing a 221 sq/ft apartment with as much charisma as the more expensive place, and you seem to be a fantastic boss. If you are ever in the need for a Canadian on your staff or you are visiting REGINA, Canada - Yes it does sound like the "V word" give me a call LOL!!!!
Nice art (and art to be?) on the walls! I would love to see someone to give this guy a home make-over. What ya think??! Nice change of pace in any-case!
Yeah! It's a really cool apartment! Organized, comfortable and beautiful! Congratulations Ryan for yet another great video. p.s. the picture of the friendly cow is amazing haha
Loved the tour so much. I'm in Australia, so seeing that is an eye opener as to what you get, or rather don't get, for your money. I also watch Axel Webber on UA-cam and he has THE smallest apartment just 1 mile away from this one. Ryan you need to do a tour of it !
Thanks for watching my Apartment Tour y’all 😉
Hey Adrian, are you open to answer how much rent you pay for it? 😅
Curious to know how much you pay in rent there? If you wouldn’t mind sharing.

Rise and grind
Ryan, do you need to give him a raise so he can afford a legit apartment? 😂
well a legit apartment in that area is like 20mil?
He's probably paying $2500 to $3000 for that apartment
It’s his choice to live there anywhere in New York the rent price is outrageous 🤦🏾♀️
At least a 1 bedroom LOL.
This place is brilliant! Love the window in the kitchen AND that this place actually has a kitchen. a bathroom and a bedroom section!
Ryan you got both sides of perspectives, that's a an awesome mind of thoughts inside you. Humble
I love this kind of vid! smaller homes that are lived in show me how well New Yorkers manage space.

Very Interesting, it's always fascinating to see "real people's" homes.
Always an interesting take to see the RAW side of living in the city!

Love the little detail of censoring Adrian's face in the intro so it isn't spoilered before you reveal who lives in the appartment!
The cat made me like this apartment
It's simply adorable! SoHo is the best. Thanks for showing your little piece of heaven Adrian!
Heaven? If NY is heaven I'd hate to see hell. Overpriced blue city craphole!
You inspire me so much Ryan God bless you🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sooooo... How MUCH does he pay?
If they said so, I missed it.

@@uclajd To get on the property ladder in a good area I suppose.
Changing the locks, badly, after each previoud occupant leaves .
Cool little apartment!
I like how Million Dollar Listing: NY is playing on his TV in the background. Talk about a plug lol ;)
And I didn't even notice it till we made it "all the way" to the bedroom 😆
Murphy bed or sofa bed would be perfect in this apartment.
6:15 lol California poster/painting... west coast, best coast
"A few inches later." I laughed so hard. Ironically eating almonds.

OMG my dream apartment! i know its simple and all but i want my first apartment for myself to be just like that. daaaaaaaang
why don't you just rent out your shoe closet to Adrian so he can have more space? :D
yes it's small, but a tiny house interior could make that apartment amazing. lets make that a project ryan!

After 10 min of researching I finally found out where Adrian is from, which is crazy because I’m like 30 minutes away.
Wait Ryan! But you missed the most important thing to mention: what’s the monthly rent on this apartment to live in Soho???
As a european living in sweden i would love to know the rent of that appartment? Like 3000 dollars per month or what?
Did I miss the price? I wna move in the building lol
