Both cities still neglected by their leaders.... sure some areas are nice but the other 90% is broken and hurt by the lack of leadership and lack of integrity

As a born & raised NY'er..in this one I'd say Enes won with the house but NYC is vibes/amenities 24/7 and that only gets better & better by preference of area. The UWS is quite a happy medium for most. I just hate the color red lol

Ryan you are the sort of person people should aspire to be like, there are far too many self obsessed people on social media nowadays with no positive attributes to speak of, who amass millions of followers and subscribers without really adding anything of value. You, however, are a role model, extremely hard working, and passionate about your work, your family, fitness, and good living, and extremely affable and positive. I could probably have said that without negatively describing others but it is getting ridiculous just how self-absorbed and desperate for fame/notoriety so many seem to be.
Loving the collab with Enes. Editing, camerawork, and presentation with both of you is always on point.
Also if you could swing it, I reckon you and ryan reynolds on a video together would be cracking, you two have very similar personalities.

New York for its apartments, LA for the mansions easily. also the pricing. I know both are expensive, but oh my god LA will give you almost double for the same price as a penthouse in NYC

The problem is, however, you're comparing an apartment to a house. Of course the house is going to win on spaciousness, but the apartment wins on location. All depends on what you want.

I needed this in my life. Thank you!! :) But also, comparing a condo and a detached home is tough in its own aspect. I would say LA all day long for the house but it would be intersting what a condo in a LA for 8 mil gets you vs. new york that's more accurate

This video really shows the concept of how important the real estate agents presentation of a property is to determine how someone perceives it. Ryan Serhant is the best real estate agent hands down, so regardless of the true details of the properties in LA compared to NYC, it has been proven that NYC is the best place for real estate, simply because an agent like Ryan Serhant is there to sell it to you. :) props to the media teams on making this video!!! I’m not even in real estate and I’m impressed!

As an outsider who has no stake in this, I vote for west coast. Weather is a nice perk but more importantly they have more room, more land, just more personal space on the street not rubbing shoulders on sidewalks and smelling each others farts on subways, more independence to drive alone and park diagonally in 2 spots anywhere, you can see the sun and the horizon rather than be trapped within concrete and glass skyscraper walls from all 4 sides

the only good thing about NYC is that's there isn't much a travel time and time isn't wasted. But the trade off is having a peace of mind in los angeles

I am completely biased because I’m from Brooklyn but it’ll always be NY over LA for me. The LA mansion was amazing. . . But even that doesn’t amount to the vibes and energy that NY has in its thumb.

Honestly this is a " win" for Enes...even if the NYC flat is amazing...but here there is one point which is never mentioned in your videos ( both Enes and Ryan's )...the pollution. And here it's something that could be annoying for LA. Who wins this challenge if you consider your health and the level of pollution /noise/ and so on ?
