    Do you also throw these in two pieces? For the old pieces, was that a purely practical decision?

      For the moon jars shown in the video I made them with just one lump of clay. I usually make two large hemispherical halves and join them together when I make moon jars that are bigger than 13-14”(35cm)

    I don't get it. Sometimes the hands are dirty, sometimes clean... my father hands are full of clay all the time

      Her hands are clean when she's holding a tool. Or else the tool will slip away.
