The pulsar is basically a fuse/circuit breaker that automatically resets itself.. you need to find where your wires are shorted, and fix them, I removed them all ,because those wires I show. Go to a ancient phone system . That phone just happened to be on the same fuse as the radio. So those wires rubbed through and touch ground,blowing the fuse,and the radio times out.

I got the console open and I see the braided wire harness. What did you do to fix it ?
