BMW X5 no audio

E53 BMW has water damage in the audio amp I will try to replace the connector interface to avoid having to program a replacement

I have no audio aftet installing a new aftermarket radio.. i have no idea how to get the amp working. I have a NON DSP amp. Any idea?

Could this be the reason my door speakers are Intermittent on some speakers
Speakers are fine and have 4oms when radio is playing over 70oms are coming from the wire but not to the speakers
The wires on the speakers it self are fine
Any help be appreciated
