Am I the only one who misses how the super bowl logos are super unique every year? I'll forever remember super bowl 44 logo, because we finally won a championship.
YES! I miss it as well. My guess is they hired someone with no imagination after 44 and probably to save money. Kind of sad that SB 50's logo was the most interesting one since 44. Although not every SB logo was great. I thought 38 was kinda ugly even though I'm a pats fan. The yellow and red don't really go together plus with the Patriots and Panthers colors. yuck.
After the Giants won super bowl 21, there was an 11 year drought where there were no first-time winners until the Broncos in 1997. Then, immediately after the Broncos won their second super bowl, there was a 4 year streak where every super bowl champion was a first time winner (Rams in 1999, Ravens in 2000, Patriots in 2001, and Buccaneers in 2002).
With the Eagles winning that means 20 out of the 32 franchises have at least one Super Bowl Trophy. Here's to hoping that the remaining 12 get their first ones as well.

My father was there when the broncos finally won their first superbowl. He had been a broncos fan for almost 20 years before they won. Then as a child I got to see the broncos win after a short 4 years watching them. Idk if it's gonna be until my child is a teen, but I hope I see another win.
