💯
yo your good one more and we back for a chance
Yessir!!
We got it bro
@@basajul letssss goooooo!!!!!! All them haters looking stupid!!
Nick was in the ZONE like nobody has ever been in before in the history of sports!
Brendan ok
Joseph Weaver Eagles are DUMB to let Nick walk. Should be starting over Wentz.
He played against the second string backfield
r m smith wth are you talking about??!! lol
Jeff brown go back and watch how many of his completions came against Ryan and Badamosi. These guys couldn't stay within five yards of the guys they were "covering". Belichick's decision to bench Malcolm Butler was the single most determining factor of that game. Seemed like he wanted to prove something to Butler. maybe "we can win without you" I don't know, and in N.E. nobody who knows is talking. Ryan was a backup all year and Badamosi was a special teams player. Foles played a great game but most fans in N.E. believe if Butler had played, even if BB had swallowed his pride and put Butler in for the second half, the end would have been different. It is generally felt that it affected the whole defense. That said, congrats to Eagles, only took a year for Pats to get back to where they belong.
They can never take this away from us.
Yea theres no Asterisk too on our superbowl!
I would not be surprised to find that delis and sub shops all around Philly had a new food item called the Philly Special

4 years later still brings a tear to my eye love the eagles more than anything man
Yeah, I remember going to the Eagles games up in the nosebleed section at Veterans Stadium back in the mid 70's, watching Roman Gabriel quarterback. Watch this video every now and then. I miss living in Philly but still a fan.
😪
I know right
Same bro 🦅
It’s family
So many fans from other teams rooted for the Eagles that night of the super bowl.
Facts. I was surprised.
Besides Cowgirl fans
@@defstar6650 I'm a dallas fan and actually hate the Patriots enough that I routed for Eagles lmao... my dad (also dallas fan) thought I was crazy XD

Sand Man not really
As a Patriots fan, the Philadelphia Eagles and their fans deserve that super bowl 💯,
I hope you guys get your second in less than 2 weeks 🔥
Goooooooooooooo Biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiirds
@xcazzzy congratulations! 🎉
My God.... I'd have given anything for Dawkins to be on that team. He deserves it 10-fold.
He got a ring and technically was apart of this team. He was the director of scouting for the eagles last year and got a ring for it
G Wark Heck, Seth Joyner, Ron Jaworski, Clyde Simmons.. to just name a few. So many former players deserve a part of it. That ‘91 defense was one of the best of all-time. Problem was the Redskins were even a better all-around team that year.
Well, it was played the day after he was told he was going into the hall of fame, and he got a ring, so it's not so bad.
Jeff Brown also having Rich Kotite as our coach didn’t help much.
Yea he got a ring though I'm so happy
BRING IT BACK HOME BOYS!!!! SUPERBOWL 59 IS OURS!!! US VS REFS BABY LETS GO!!!
IMO...the greatest moment in this Super Bowl...
Nick: You want Philly Philly?
Coach Pederson: Yeah let's do it!
Thats Lets do the Philly Special. Coach yes let's do it!
The moment of eye contact, and just sees it!!
From 7-9 to defeating the defending Super Bowl champs the previous year. Man I got to respect this Eagles team for doing that. 😎
The amount of injuries this year kills. We have a practice squad secondary, and Michael Jenkins is the only one standing. And we also lost so many in our o line, and lost RB’s too.

y'all deserved it
Looking back at this it’s so sad what happened to Carson😢 he was playin a MVP season and got the most detrimental injury a player could have.
He's never recovered mentally
Everytime I look back it gets me sad especially as an eagles fan. Wish he can get back to that MVP he once was 🫤
Wentz sucks and is made of glass
An injury like that and then he has to sit on the sidelines while his backup wins the Super Bowl... How do you recover from that?
@Sean McLaughlin I'm wondering how he's feeling right now knowing that another backup of his is going to play in the Super Bowl 🏈. Wowie wow! Go Birds 💚🦅🏈
Ima miss Blount.
You and me both man. He was a huge part of our success last year
@@anthonyspano4989 that playoff run for him was beautiful. He was a different beast in January and February
Thatd be cool if he got to retire as an eagle
Look, if they can get Golden Tate from Detroit, why can't they get Blount back from them, too? I miss Blount like anything. Can you imagine this offense with the WR and the RB's once Ajayi comes back?? Then if we can bolster up the D, this team with be SB bound again. Between the injuries and the SB hangover, it's been a slow start. But hopefully, not anymore!
@@elaines5750 probably could've got Blount. Ajayi won't be back. He's on the last year of his deal and out for the season. Hopefully the backs we do have can step up and Tate provides a new element to the offense
I respect Philly fans so much. I’m a bears fan born in 1990 never seen bears win a super bowl. Glad to see philly get one hope chi gets one soon.
Lol bet you wish you could take this back now
John Stewart lol
oh how the turntables - "Michael Scott" lol
I remember seeing the 85 Bears. They were amazing.
Thanks for supporting us I wish your team the best luck
FINALLY saw my Eagles win their 1st Super Bowl. My dream came true in my lifetime and beating Tom Brady was the cherry on top
“We just instantly connected with each other”
*carson* : it’s very nice out
*nick* : yeah it is
*carson* : you look good in green
*nick* : thanks
Hahahahahaaha
What do you expect tham to start making out?
Oh yea yea
Yea all season after wentz went down you could tell wentz had a chip on his shoulder and was caring more about his future than wanting the team to win. Not saying he didn’t just saying it’s obvious ever since Foles took over wentz became a different kind of dude and teammate. Then Foles does it again in 2018 except this time wentz sucked that season and Wentz went full blown cry baby.
My eagles are on America's game I can't believe it

After the botched hand off, when LG was on the sideline explaining what went wrong. Duce Staley #22 former Eagles Running back now great position coach ask LG “did you tell him” he heard him complaining and said tell him. I think we all cried. It was 13 years overdue from the last time we got to the Super Bowl.
The match that made me fell in love with football, thank you Philadelphia Eagles!!!
I love how Doug covers his mouth when he says that his thought process is "that we're gonna score a touchdown". As if Bill Belichick is standing on the other side with binoculars reading his lips. Can't let him know that we're planning on scoring a TD, lol. What a coach man, so aggressive, playcalls on point. Hope he can recreate something like the season we had last year.

I cried that night. We not only won but put on a SHOW. The whole world knew about the Philadelphia Eagles for one night. We wanted it more that night
I'm a Pats fan, and I absolutely hate that we lost the Super Bowl. That said, if we had to lose, I'm glad it was the Eagles that beat us. I watched Carson Wentz his rookie year and, despite his struggles, I told my brother (a Giants fan) that Wentz was a talented young quarterback and that the Eagles are a team to watch. He saw the 16 touchdowns and 14 picks and told me I was crazy. In Wentz's sophomore year, he was nothing short of electrifying. I watched Carson Wentz escape sacks and make ridiculous throws while my jaw hung open like an idiot. I truly felt like I was watching the next great quarterback in the NFL, along with Deshaun Watson. I look forward to watching the Eagles again this year, I just hope it's not a Super Bowl rematch, because I don't want to lose again!
Much respect man, why can’t all Pats fans be like this?
I hope you guys can win another super bowl sometime.
(not against us I hope though)
Either way thanks man, this super bowl meant so much to me.

Rewatching this bc we have an amazing team rn thank you giants
LG played a huge role in our playoff run. He’s was a great signing by Howie
Yeah, I wish he stayed
Joshua Lewis
Cap 🧢 space problems.
We couldn’t afford to keep him.
Idk why the f they let him go. He's under appreciated. He scored in every single playoff game. Our running game won't be as good this year.
Ajayi, Sproles, Clement. We're fine dude.
BalzToTheWall86 Blount better than all of them I'll stand by my story.
I hate seeing Carson Wentz after the injury, he hasn't been the same without the escapability. MVP lock, 10-1 start, and then torn acl. Wentz was amazing and it don't happen without him. Get off his back haters. We got a SB from him and Nick.
love the guy but his injury is a result of his own playstyle. doesn't know when to let a play go or play safe. All his injuries are from him trying to make something out of nothing. torn acl was on a diving touchdown in a game we were already up and secured the division. completely unnecessary
I still like Carson Wentz. And appreciate what he did here. I wish things had turned out differently obviously and we got lucky with Jalen, but will always appreciate the roll he in delivering the Eagles first Super Bowl. Without him, we don't have a ring now.
Carson faked his injury for easy 🏆
@@TitusMH *sighs* completely ridiculous.

It’s crazy how that first game against the skins, defined our whole season and the way it would end. It gave me chills
Will never forget watching this live and being absolutely floored at the victory. Foles, Blount, Ertz, Jeffrey, Clement, Graham, Barnett, the entire roster that year...you were all amazing. I may get some flak for this, but without Wentz we had no number one seed for the NFC. THAT'S the story of a team effort.
FLY EAGLES FLY!
Bruh this made me cry again, I’m still so happy we won I’ve waited my whole life for it and I can’t even describe how amazing that season was for this whole city. Thank you.

NFL Films always does it best. Definitely better than the networks.
That flea flicker 15:10 was one of the prettiest throws I ever seen
Honestly, the Super Bowl was just icing on the cake and a necessity to cap off a magical season. The wins against the Giants in week 3, the Carolina game, the Minnesota Championship game, and in LA for me were the four most fulfilling and exciting. I don't see people mention this much, but Carson Wentz had the best QB season in Eagles history up until his injury, breaking the All-time TD record on 1 leg (33 TD's) in only 13 games and leading them to their best record through 12 and 13 games since 1960, which was their last championship. The SB was a great game, but the Eagles' season was the best and most special ever seen. I never remember really believing they could win it all like in 2017 by the 3rd or 4th week. The Terrell Owens 2004 year comes close, but McNabb was always inconsistent. With Wentz and the way he was playing, along with the veteran leadership of Long, Blount, and Torrey Smith, you knew they could do it.
Foles season in 2013 of 27 TDs to 2 INT was better.
It was a special season because they won the title. Wentz would’ve folded up in the playoffs and is a loser that will never amount to anything. That man will never win a playoff game.
@@GuitarGangsterArmi Yeah, Went wasn't a loser, man. He tore 3 ligaments in his knee that game but singlehandedly led the team to an 11-2 record in his prime before that. I doubt Foles could have done that, but I do think overall Foles is a better QB that Chip Kelly never should've let go and was destined to win a Super Bowl anyway.
If you're a true Philadelphia Eagles fan...... watching this video gives you goosebumps and puts a smile on your face. The 2017 Eagles team was the most special sports team in Philadelphia sports history!
I knew this team was special once we beat the panthers. The eagles had 10 penalties for 110 yards and the panthers had 1 penalty for 1 yard on a 2pt conversion. Winning that game despite getting hosed by the officials showed me that this team has what it takes to win it all. Boy did I cry like a baby when we won!
For me it was that 61 yard field against the giants you could feel after that game that it was our time
I don’t know how many times I’ve seen this video, but there is no amount of times that I would feel anything but pure joy from watching.
Halfway through this season and im still going back to this video lol
Me, too, but we'll be back. Fly.
big yoppa same bro
Bro, I will watch this video for the rest of my life. There was something so pure in that 2017 team, and on top of everything else, THE EAGLES WON THE SUPERBOWL!
The '17 Eagles were everything I'd hoped for for an Eagles team my whole life. A bunch of classy warriors. A team with no real weaknesses. They could run the ball, throw the ball, play good defense and were the total package. Not necessarily great at anything, not an '85 Bears caliber defense or a '99 Rams caliber offense, but deep and solid from top to bottom. With a little less bad luck with injuries and if things had not soured between Wentz and Pederson they might have become a dynasty.
I still get emotional watching stuff like this. Being at that parade was the moment of a lifetime that I’ll never forget. #FlyEaglesFly
Facts Only happiest and coldest moment of my life
Every time I watch this film, goosebumps all over me. Proud to trust the process for decades.
Seeing this reminds me of how happy I was for eagle's fans. I'm a Broncos fan and that was one sports moment I enjoyed watching
It's 2022 and this is still the greatest superbowl ever. Most combined yards in any game in NFL history; lead changes seemingly every drive; trick plays all over the place, including one for a crucial touchdown; game is up in the air right down to the last tick; all the drama of a david vs goliath matchup, all the drama of an underdog win. There are other superbowls that come close, but none that fully reach this level of Hollywood perfection.
