It makes me want to write a ghost story. I write paranormal romance so a story about someone falling in love with a ghost wouldn't be too far off from what I normally write ❤
This is more about a guy leaving someone for another (and reusing the duets of the previous relationship)and leaving a weeping shell/ghost of a person behind who can't move on due to the hurt. Well, it depends on how literally you interpret it, whether the mourner is alive or dead. If alive, basically they're dead inside and their dreams/hopes/love (aka life) were taken (leaving bones or the bare minimum for a body) If dead, well, something killed her, whether the grief, the guy, or etc. I lean more towards a nonliteral interpretation since the composer is alive (yay!) and I know how dead depression, loneliness, and abandonment can make you feel. But technically if you wrote such a story it could be a big metaphor for the nonliteral interpretation. Or... the literal interpretation as a horror or drama or etc story (depends what pov you use, ghost, random newbie to town in the house, etc) Write away, though

Wow. HOLY MAZZILLO! What a SUPER HOT VIBRATO you got there!!!! And that effect I'm not sure of the name but I like to call it the 'Kelly Clarkson' effect. It's where there's one or more voices in one octave, then others on a different octave in the background. Kelly Clarkson was the first I heard to use that effect a lot, and it makes it sound hotter. And "Mazzillo" as in 'Holy Mazzillo' is the name of a great maker of my favorite instrument in the world (Italian bagpipes, yes, there are such things).
