All three of them will have different sound profiles.. 1- Sapele is for crisp BASS , and amazing clarity. Mids and treble might be lesser than Koa. 2- Koa is will make THE THICKEST SOUNDING GUITAR, which means more Mid , less treble, strong bass. Might not be as crisp as SAPELE, because the bass blends with the mids . Best for strumming. 3- Cort (Mahogany) - Least BASS out of 3. Very SOFT and mellow sounding . Best for fingerpicking and not strumming. Additional information - CORT says a lot about the OPEN PORE nonsense in their guitars, but open pore guitars are harder to maintain.. so wo dekh lena.. We generally compare guitars with similar specs. Core OC is ALL solid while TW4e is just a solid top. So a direct comparison is not a possibility. We have planned a comparison of Core and GA520ce in the future as they are both all solid.
Wouldn’t put them against each other since both offer very different sound palette. Choose the 520 for a very warm and full sound and choose the 450 for a bright and precise sound.

What about aluminium steel strings?
Not much worth for the money, if you have money to burn buy Martin Nickel ones, else stick to phosphor bronze for warmth, 80-20 for brightness
I was looking one for Church worship. I believe in 32000/- Rs. price bracket this guitar should come with a EQ and tuner.
The guitar offers all solid wood which in itself was surprising as compared to other brand offerings in 32000 price. The pickup was a cherry on top!
