Great video folks. Just got back back from ride in lower northern Michigan. Mio Michigan Mack lake ORV campground we road 93 miles Saturday awesome day. That doesn't even touch how far you can ride in that area.
I was going to say something about the length of the extension when he was mounting the rad to the bracket. Then you came out with M.O.A.E. ( mother of all extensions). That was great tand again thanks for another great how to. Keep em coming.
Always glad to see people helping people!!! Thanks for being who y’all are!!!
If I can I certainly will! Thanks for watching :)
Ah i'm reminiscing on when I did my rad relocate, and snorkels. Took me a weekend just cause I was doing both. And I had a few juice boxes as well....
Good video guys! I laughed when Drake was out of camera all the time haha.
Mmm juice boxes. Also yes. Dudes tall. Or I'm short. Either way lol
Your ideas have gotten better since the move. Maintenance/mods is also part of the fun.
Appreciate that, but I just do what I think is fun haha :)
Love the grizzly. Makes me wanna buy one of those bash guards!
Great video! Need more pictures on the wall in the garage to get rid of empty room sound on the mic! I still watch it’s. It a big deal!
great video.... i have to say your both styling with the "KESWICK" dinner jackets.. love it.. ha ha ha
what do you do about the hot air blowing on you from radiator fan this summer
I like how xmr look but I think it's unfortunate to sacrifice the directional headlight of the grizzly. Plus, I'm not convinced of how important it really is to relocate unless you really do DEEP mud. For most normal use I would think the normal rad location is alright.
How did you run the hoses to the radiator???
What is that snorkel kit? Looks sick!
love your ride and shop vids. need to do something about the echo in the shop thou. got to crank the volume to hear you.. Not complaining, just a thought
I'd need a boat load of sound deadening. Not a whole lot I can do sadly :( appreciate you watching!
Name and size of this tires PLX.
What about joint often damage?
Juat wanted to add theres another way of burping the system by loosening the bleeder screws on the thermostat and water pump
Cheap kitty litter is good for cleaning up them spills
Ah yeah? Interesting!
If you got diesel in there because of my comments from the last video... Thanks guys. You did forget to mention one big drawback... You lose the front rack and massive Heat massive heat blowing back at you. All right make that two drawbacks.
Hard not to have a shop dog in a shop video :) Losing the front rack to me is barely an issue at all. Literally never even thought to use one. Only people I have seen use it is maybe a hunter? Also a majority of the heat doesnt even make it to the rider so Id chalk those up to pretty minor myself.
And yes, we remembered your comment about Diesel :P - Cass
I don’t ride much mud with my Grizzly, always use my front rack. But that’s a great video!
Mainville ATV and Outdoors yup, my gun sits in front so it’s easy to grab without looking away from the animal. Extreme focus lol. Hello from B.C., been watching a lot of your vids the last couple months, keep them coming! Getting ideas for my grizz every time I see you wrenching on Cass’ kodiak. Now to lift and cram some 30’s on mine!
Love them Yamaha's.
Looks good!
Agreed, shes gnarly!
Did you have to drill holes to give access for the radiator hoses? You never touched on that, I'm looking to install my kit this weekend on my 2016 Kodiak 700. Just want to make sure I have all the needed tools, so I don't run into any surprises. Thanks for this video
Yes, we used a 1inch or 1.5inch hole saw through the cover immediately infront of the center light.
If there is one benefit of air-cooled... even if it comes at ... a few disadvantages.
what did you use to paint your bumper and racks with?
He had them powder coated.
What size of tires are those? I ordered 30"s for my 2021 SE but then did some research chickened out and canceled
Why’s that? Got mine 700 a week ago and want 30s too
Who did you go threw too get that front bumper? I can’t find that one anywhere. Other than body Armor / moose gaurd
It's from Yamaha
@@MainvilleATV thanks so much … Great videos
That rad needs some serious Aluma bright
Is there any point to a rad relocation if you are not mudding? I’m thinking so. My 2007 grizzly runs hot and I don’t do any mudding but am certainly considering A relocation. Although you did mention something about the Liquid Spring all over somebody’s face with a relocation. Were the hose clamps not on correctly?
Only perk otherwise is its a lot easier to clean typically. His machine sprayed him because before the relocate he over heated and it came out a breather tube. Thats why he relocated it, to keep it clean adlnd cool.
@@MainvilleATV gotcha. Thanks for clarifying that. I’m still on the fence about it.
I really don't dive in much mud would it still be a good idea to get one
If you're having overheating issues and dont really need the full front rack sure it can be.
@@MainvilleATV ok thank you!!
Digging the vids whats up with the sound? Shop echo?
Nailed it. Not a whole lot I can do about it :(
@@MainvilleATV hard to tell I assume that those garage doors are insulated?
I'm driving a 2015 Rincon. Will a relocate help with low speed, heavy(ish) work overheating? I'm putting in food plots.
In that scenario, no it will not. This is to keep it out of the mud.
@@MainvilleATV
Any suggestions?
@@firecaptaintom1977 I'm guessing your rad needs to be pulled and cleaned. Otherwise you'll need a large rad and fan set up.
@@MainvilleATV
Appreciate the help.
Maineville always seems to be wearing oversized clothing LOL good job
I'm surprised that he's running those big ass heavy tire's!! My as well run nators lol. Havocs would look good on that Yamaha
They arent the lightest tire, I agree. Although hes done well on them as far as I can tell! Havocs would be sick I agree!
Sucks a rad relocation is necessary on these machines...I hate the way it looks .
Lol love the sense of humor you two. 👍🏻
Thanks Matt!
No one is paying attention to the radiator when cass is riding!!!
Time for a new mic
Man those grizzlies are 🤮
