Josh finally sold the house earlier this month for $9 million. But even at that price it's still way over priced. The house is only 6,200 sqft, built in 1968 and was completely remodeled inside and out. But with this property you're paying for the views. It's not a view of the ocean or anything special just a bunch of trees and old outdated houses.
can we just appreciate the builder/developer for creating an awesome home with a great price tag. There are just few of them. Personally praying for more success on his other projects and in the future ✨

Josh, Please let me start by saying you are killing it out in lala land. I've seen almost every MDLLA from season 1 and I like every agent ever shown well except one from Malibu lol. My Question is about James and David they seem like very nice guys trying very hard to make it in a tough world. But it seems like they are always asking for a price reduction is this common in the LA market? Or are they overpricing their listings? I'm not a hater just trying to learn.
