Wow I just subscribed I’ll be following for more, beautiful course one of the best I’ve seen so far, this is the beauty of this awesome hobby yeah still watching just wanted to come and say
Great scale craft! The spray foam only looks good when you carve it. I only have one section of carved foam but I'd love to do more. Modular is a great way to keep it changeable.
Agree on the spray foam carving…I’ve seen a few done like that and love it. Since we’re in FL we had to build this inside in our kitchen. I was worried about the smell. But next time we might try it. Thanks for stopping by.
I’m just getting into crawlers. I love your use of styrofoam the course looks great. I also like your Axial rigs my favourite is the Deadbolt. Well done all around 👏
We appreciate that…we’ve got several mods planned along with a few how to’s for making some pretty awesome things. Take a look at our diorama build to get tons of great ideas.
Thank you! We’re working on 2 new videos. 1 is going to be the course in a full competition and the other is going to be mods on our c10. Stay tuned and share with friends.
Just got done watching how you build your course video, just awesome dude I love it, need to build me something like this. Well since I’m here I’ll watch again love it
Nice course with great details. The teeter totter is too low in my opinion, I made one recently and the center is about 3-4 inched tall so it has a bit of movement and ads some difficulty to it. You should try it. As for adding stuff on the C10 bed, be careful, because if you lifted it and add more weight to the top it will handle poorly while climbing. Great job with the course! 👍
Yeah the teeter totter clearance has been Ok. Our C10 is the tallest rig we have however the top section incline has been a bit of an issue. When the rigs are going down the incline, the wood is slamming down and it’s causing the rigs tub fly off. We’ve got to figure that out, but I guess that’s what’s great about this hobby is that you build and learn and keep going. Appreciate the info and keep an eye out for a teeter totter revision 😂
I really like your ice fountain feature. Did you make that yourselves or is that a scale feature you bought and installed? I also like the produce and buckboards you put in the C10. Very nice scale touches. I had a similar thought (although not quite that detailed) to find a tiny plastic dog at the dollar store to mount in my Deadbolt as a ride buddy.
Thank you. The waterfall is made of a combination of liquid acrylic, and hot glue. They were all custom-made by me along with the produce in the back of the c10 and the rails. The produce is made with polymer clay that is very simple to use and all you have to do is bake it. I love the idea of the dog. You can actually find 1/24 scale animals online I found the nicest ones on Etsy.
There is a lot of hard work in this course. The water is awesome. Great job.
We appreciate you stopping by we’re glad you enjoyed it. My favorite part is the water too!
