True Confessions: former owner of a '79 Vespa P200E with Malossi 210 (rebuilt many times), ported cases, hogged out intake, Kawasaki reed valve, Mikuni TM34mm carb, banded clutch, various exhausts which all fell to bits until I fitted a Taffspeed one, it would only do 40 - 60 miles per tank and always ran out of fuel at the worst times but it was good for an honest 80 mph. I remember thinking how weird it was to ground (earth) the side panels / cowls to the little spring loaded lock levers for holding the panels onto the frame. No room for large, forward facing carburetor on a large frame vespa? This is when a hammer comes into its own. The frame is surprisingly pliable. 😆
What celebrity guest ? I was expecting someone like Nasty Nick off Eastenders ?......Wayne of Auf Wiedersehen Pet ?......Michael Barrymore ? I think they're within your budget. Can't just bring your big mate on....everyone's got a big lumpy mate.
I can think of a few celebrities that might be useful round the workshop. Geoff Capes. Move heavy things round. The girl in the Cadbury flake advert....the one in the bath. Look nice in the background. The Ant Hill Mob of Wacky Races. Helpful when things get busy. Black and White Minstrels. Music and ethnic diversity. Philip Schofield. Make a lovely cup of tea a the place would be lovely and tidy......they're good at that type of thing. Murdock from the A team. He'd be useful....fit right in and he can get hold of a helicopter.
plus its ac not dc lol battery on that side will not work any thing IE AC flasher and horn will not work on DC and lights are wired to engine not the reg side
@@Shedtune_Russ to test indicators you will need all panels on coz will not work with out side panels on plus a AC feel IE power pack or engine running
