I'd like to think Abigail and Emily are both his daughters, but he isn't aware of a second one. How can you hate Emily she's so sweet!!! She's genuinely kind-hearted, she's kind to you from beginning to end of her storyline and she's kind to everyone in Stardew Valley. She's a hardworking and family-oriented woman, she works to provide for her little sister while their parents are away and does practically all the housework as well, while Haley sits and complains about having to do even just one single chore; even after you marry her she continues working her job at the Saloon because she obviously still wants to be at least somewhat independent even though she could easily just be a housewife/stay-at-home-mom and let us the rich farmer take care of her completely and honestly even though they never address it in the game she's sending money back to Haley so she can take care of herself without her. And the situation surrounding her parrot speaks for itself. Emily is literally the perfect woman.

She's not even really all that weird, she's just into spiritualism and different things than the other townspeople. She's totally in touch with her movements and body, dances in front of everyone, tons of hobbies, she's a dedicated worker who works at a BAR every night, she is great at connecting with people and is comfortable in front of a camera. The game doesn't really suggest that there are or were ever struggles with any of this. If she's autistic, than who isn't?

I obliged, but only because I was going to be getting paid for it. I did NOT expect her to kiss me. That was it. I fell in love on the spot. I swore I would do anything and everything to make her happy, and we got married early spring of year two. It's been almost twenty in-game years now, and I still have that save file. It makes me happy.
