How to 6 lug swap your Obs 88-98 Silverado. Quick video didn’t really go into great detail on it, more of just an overview on the info I found before doing mine. Here is a list of parts I used on this project.
Front:
eBay 2” drop spindles for 1.25 rotors
Brake best 56579RGS front rotors
Master pro A3 and A5 wheel bearings
Master pro 4739 spindle bearing seals
Rear:
Dutchman motorsports custom axles
Precision 4762N axle seals
Brake best 2586DGS rear rotors
Brake best WC37785 wheel cylinders
Grey Permatex gasket maker for diff cover
3 quarts Master pro 80w-90 gear oil (use about 2 1/2)
Lots of brake clean lol

What did all of this cost you? I love all the 6 lug stock chevy wheels but is it just cheaper and easier to buy a badass set of 5x5 wheels?

Less than $1000 if you don’t include the tubular upper arms. I was dead set on transport wheels and dish caps so the swap was a must. Plus in todays market, GM 6 lug wheels are a lot easy to come by.
