If Zhiyun came out with a compact fresnel for these, it would be a near perfect event light (assuming the app is robust). Good on them. I would also add that a credit-card sized remote is often quicker to deploy (and more robust at a distance) than Bluetooth apps. I wish more manufacturers would make use of those.
Agreed! With the right lens this would make a decent and relatively inexpensive follow spot for medium to small venues, or outdoor events where everything must be battery powered. And we need an wireless open standard for controlling lights like these so we can mix-and-match.
I used a pd 100w power bank with my x100 for testing. Light flicked off 5 minutes in and was essentially dead. The display worked, but the COB wouldn’t turn back on. Firmware update, hard reboot, nothing fixed it. Hopefully they patch it, that’s a major bonus for run and gun shooters to have something that works anywhere. Had to exchange mine and I’m too scared to try again.
The Godox SL-60w is rated for 4100Lux at 1 meter. The Molus x100 is rated for 3881Lux at 1 meter. Why is it lower with an extra 40 watts of power? Just cause it’s small?
El modelo G60 funciona con el cable de alimentación, que viene con la luz, o USB-C. El X100 funciona con el cable de alimentación o la empuñadura de batería que está disponible en el conjunto combinado.
the x100 battery is a np-f more or less. The video professions are definitely not ignoring these lights. There is a lot of talk by video professionals about this light and its uses. This would be good for weddings.
How do you think these lights performed?
I want to use them for photography. Any test shots available?

I might have to get them myself! I'm so impressed! It'd be especially helpful for me since I have a very small space
Even these lights be good or bad, your presentation is very very good. congrats to B&H to have someone like you.
The Host's personality is Fire! A job well done B&H 🤣🤣🤣

Which powerbank did you used? I'm curious since I jut ordered an anker high power one to use with this light.
good lighting video.
Perfect timing I’m looking for a good small travel light for weddings.

What ISO and f-stop did you use for a second test?
Quite enjoy watching your video. Well done!
I would love a slightly larger 100w version with bowens and v-mount or NPF natively. The proprietary adapters are just an upsell and stuff to lose.
I really with they would've made these NPF capable.
Can x100 be powered by v battery ?
I only know that x100 supports PD, DC and handle battery power supply, while connecting priority DC→PD→battery.
Es con pila recargable o con cable para conectar

Zhiyun believes in launching the product not in making available to customer easily.
Seems like they're dismissing video professionals by making the lights incompatible with common video batteries, NP-F or v-mount.
These "professionals" you speak of , I'm almost certain they are not checking for these lights , they are too busy with there 30000D apertures

@@patgilmour7263 as in movie professionals , but that term is so subjective
So good! So hard to keep up with technology without affecting my wallet 🙄
