i think yall do the workout and trainer a disservice by using this “hardest” trend on your title bc this was a perfectly challenging session! I avoid pilates most of the time lol bc it’s hard on my neck but the body needs it! Really liked the trainer, cued well, kept it fresh even though it repeats three times I didn’t hate it because there were changes!

The "hardest" is not exaggerated. My mobility and core are not built to do these moves yet. Good for pros though
