Tamales are not that hard to make especially if you have a kitchen aid mixer but it’s just very time consuming because there is a lot of prep that needs to be made because of different feelings that need to be made pork, chicken, green , red or sweet ones etc.

Tamales aren’t hard to make. Watch a video. They are pretty simple if you have all the ingredients
One more thing I forgot, you were talking about cutting the ribs. When you go to the grocery store, you can ask the butcher to cut them into the size you want. I do it when like steak is on sale, I will ask the butcher to cut the steaks into 1in thickness or when beef is on sale and I want to make steak sandwiches, I ask them to shave it for me. Most of the time there is not an extra charge for doing it. That really depends on the store though. Anywho, I thought perhaps this tip can help you. Peace and light.

Your son is really gaining weight. Maybe some more healthy home cooked meals with vegetables would be a better choice.

Is 3500sf considered a huge house in Canada? If someone takes all day to clean a house of that size, you need a new cleaner. If you clean a little everyday it doesn't take long. I can't stand mess or piles of things though. I enjoy cleaning. My aunts home is a little over 10k sf and it takes her cleaning people about 2 hours. Our kiddos make tents thru out the house with blankets. We spend a lot of our time together as a family . However, we do not spend every second of the day together either. We teach our kids independence which helps with critical thinking. We need to know that in any given situation they would know what to do and how to say no. Tha'ts my family though.

Ace17 Same here in LA. California is second , next to Hawaii in cost of living. It's really ridiculous. I am told your pay rate is much higher than here in the states.
Holy cow 3500 square feet is huge. I live in DC suburbs and that size home here would be $2.5-3 million. However, we have the 4 most expensive counties in the country in Northern Va and Maryland suburbs. A 10,000 square foot home would be upwards of 10 million dollars. At least! Not sure where you live but i dont think its possible to clean a 10,000 square foot home in 2 hours unless you are a robot, even with a team!
Laura Im from Texas where everything is bigger...lol. Ours is quote a lot larger than that at it was not 1 million. It really depends on what part of Texas too. The highlands in Dallas you will def pay a lot.
Laura Not when you have an efficient crew. They're quite real and amazing individuals which is hard to find.
