Ariel glad to see you back... i loveeeeee Bar-BQ chicken... i like to fry it ... put it in the fridge over night and dip it in a little water down Bar-BQ sauce the next day (coat it well) and heat it up in the oven... yea i know it is bad for you... but doesn't hurt to have it once a month...
