I don't eat peppers but I like the flavor when you cook them in something like stir fry
Best raw peppers are orange and best cooked green. Celery is also much better cooked!
I love red bell peppers but I do love the green ones when I make fajitas. Btw.....maybe if Regina moved closer to the table? Like Victoria. Maybe then food wouldn't fall on your lap. 😊

I find on the us well in Chicago the orange and yellow are the sweetest. Red sometimes. Green never but good for baking.

Victoria I agree about the peppers, the red ones re the sweetest to me and the yellow don't have much flavour at all. That Chinese food looks really good. I watch Mark Weins and have been subbed to him for years, I think the same time I subbed to you. Please watch the food ranger if you haven't, you will be amazed what he eats. Lol xo
