Oh Cool! I didn't remember that part. I hope you do well with it.
I had a very easy time at first as long as I didn't cheat. It really became difficult after a couple months as it causes a lack of sleep due to the drive of wanting carbs. (I think we are preprogrammed to need it)
Second for me was having to drink so much water or fluids that I woke up many times nightly having to pee.
I suppose every person might be different but it was really difficult for me.
I ate alot of eggs and a ton of avacado.
This might be the hardest thing you ever do so my wishes to you that you can stick with it until you go onto a balanced diet.
