Wish I could buy this whole lot. Seen several cars I would love to work on and fix up. Let me know what you think of the video and if you spotted any cars/trucks you would love to own.
Had a 52 Chevy pu back in the day, also had a 59 Chevy Apache pu. Personally I need some DeSoto Hemi Engine parts, I'll have to call that phone number and ask, when i get some money saved up.
That 69 Chevy Impala right at the end. I got a quick glimpse of it and then the video was over. I love videos like this. Back in the 60's my family lived next to a big junkyard like this one out in the country. My brother and I would climb the fence and just wander around looking at all the old cars. Loved junkyards even as a kid.lol My very first car was a 1969 Chevy Impala 2 door custom coupe with a 396 big block turbo 400 transmission, and positrac rear end. I bought it for $300 in 1979 when I was 16.
One of my greatest joys in my youth was exploring the junkyards and the old beauties in them while growing up! My siblings might not have enjoyed being dragged to the yards with Dad, but for me it was even better than playing ice hockey or hanging out with the neighborhood kids... And it has been DECADES since I've seen a yard so enticing! I'm already making plans in my head for a visit to Texas, and looking for an excuse BESIDES OLD CARS that I can give my hubby to convince him we should make the trip, because he does not share that particular love with me & said no more "beaters"... No biggie, he always says that, but I still bring 'em home when I find one I want. I think I'll be in a bit of trouble at this yard, however. I mean, how to choose just ONE of these treasures??? Thanks for sharing this!
I hate t👀ask this but I have two Dodge neon's 4 door's do they make a two door car cause I want t👀 collect one they are so easy too work on and actually really dependable. ???? 👈 😶
That right there is heaven on earth for old car enthusiasts. Owner could charge for 3 hour sightseeing walking tours around the yard. Love it, thank you.👍👍
I graduated from high school in '79 , so I grew up with a lot of those old cars and trucks. We used to buy running old trucks like those with flat head six cylinder engines, rip out the sixes, and drop in small block Chevy's to tow our race cars around and pick up crashed cars and parts. The beat up old trucks always seemed to run. Chasing parts to keep the race cars running. We should have just stuck with the old trucks and saved a lot of money. Fun video. Really enjoyed it. Take care my friend. Merry Christmas.
Hey great video thanks for your time sir most people wouldn't take the time to show other people things like this.also thanks to the power of the salvage yard if it wasn't for him you wouldn't have been able to show off the amazing time capsule.
Great walk-around and nice views. I can't get enough of this stuff myself. It's total eye candy for the mechanically minded or anyone who appreciates auto design. Thumbs up from UK.
Nice thank you for sharing. That's when this country made cars. And that's why there still around good old American Steel. I have a 53 1/2 chevy. Mine just don't have that patina. Great video and thanks again.
Dios mío!! El paraíso de los chatarreros. Hermoso sitio gracias por mostrarnos estos lugares. Yo sería feliz restaurando estos autos por el resto de mi vida. Saludos desde Colombia.
You seemed to like that 66 Dodge Coronet 440 4- door - I had a 2-door back in the early 80's and it had a much flowing roof to trunk design. Was a fun muscle car w/383 and torqueflight 727 trans. While I was out of town a major flood hit my neighborhood and wiped it out. Sure enjoyed your tour great job!
7:04 There is an Austin 1100 as the quirkiest cars on here followed by the various Corvairs, but the 1100 had a hydrogas suspensions as it is weird way to do suspension... I also like many of the cars here as whole to Thanks for video!
Hi thanks for making this video , iam from the RSA , cars still looking great and nice projects and spares . Theres a lot of hot rod shows of USA showing here by us in RSA , nice too see how they fix the old cars .

God bless you as well. Thanks so much for the tour. Like you, I would like to own this yard. I’d have the buddy’s over and we would be workin on old cars all the time.
This yard would have to be the cleanest yard I have ever seen, all the cars are in rows plus the grass is keep short,no trees growing up through the vehicles👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
This is one of the “seven wonders of Texas” if you’re a classic enthusiast. Located a few miles north of Denton, Tx on I-35 @Hwy 156 Exit. (Exit 473) on the so. bound side.
Lord have mercy that junkyard is a dream come true I mean really that man has a gold mine the most rarest cars unbelievable I'm surprised that Martin from Iron Resurrection hasn't ran into this gold mine anyways your junk yard is breathtaking for all the old car lovers this is heaven on Earth
That Cornet is a 440 car. If the motor isn't ceased...worth a few bucks to pick it up. There was like a black 1963-65 Falcon you scanned by in the distance at the beginning...if it's a 289 car...that's nice as well. Couple of nice Corvairs
Nice video! These classic cars still look mighty pretty and not to rusty considering their age. I'm pretty sure that you haven't shown us all the entire cars within a 20 mins footage. Hope you show us some more! Thanks.
Yes it was, I miss those days. Detroit iron used to be the norm, but no one rust proofed the cars in the 70s and 80s, and a lot of them rotted away from moisture damage. I saw a green IH pickup from the early 50s, and green Chevy from the early 70s.
The classic cars are always a favorite but correct me if im wrong i caught a glimpse of i think a old Toyota Corolla at the beginning of the video if so really cool theres good years of diversity there, great yard lots of cool cars to restore

Very Nice old cars. 😀
👍👍👍 excellent panning with a camera.
