Thanks L&B. A lot of inspiration has come from your videos and bow to your greater knowledge. Im sure we'll cross paths soon as we fish the same spots.
Adventure Primal I have been following L&B for a while and now just subscribed to your Channel. Love the detail and thought process especially how you verbalised. Between both your channels I can’t see my fishing not improving. Well that’s the theory.
@@paullobwein1632 Thanks Paul. Yes, Wayne's videos are excellent viewing for fishing tips and getting to know the Moreton Bay to Fraser Island area. His video inspired me to do these. Hopefully I am providing more information to complement his.
Thanks for the video - Newbie to fishing that area and it was great to see how you break down the planning for your trip, one of those days where the fish weren't cooperating . Saw on your spreadsheet your squid count . Could you do a video of how you go squidding especially around redcliffe, I've tried a few times with minimal success.
Thanks for the comment. Its good to know these videos are useful. Yes I'll get onto to doing a squidding video. A couple of people have asked now. Its funny because I generally dont target squid, I just have a rod dangling out the side of the boat and the squid do the rest. Ive have done a couple of videos where I am doing just that. The videos "Whats off Scarborough - a morning in Mya" have me catching them but Im not showing all the steps there.
Yes. It makes you think how you can do better next time. As you know with fishing, its not a gaurantee at any time. But its that one good session that makes you come back for me hey! Or that quest for one good session!
Weird with the tide hey. That is exactly what happened to me n me mate 2 days ago, out at scarby reef at 4:45am anchored up burlied up super calm conditions and the tide was going the opposite way to what it should of been🤷♂️
No worries mate, i too believe snapper are not keen on very calm conditions, i believe they love the rough stuff, i also keep a fishing diary and have noticed a pattern, took about 5 years to see it
Nice vid mate. I m not gr8 at fishing but I have learned it s called fishing and not catching :-) Statistically you are a lot closing to getting a nice snapper :-)
I haven't fished many land based locations but I have heard the rock areas off groins on north or south ends of the beaches produce. Have a look at a map to see those locations. Queens beach North for example. Scott's Point but be careful of the green zone there. You can only fish these on high tides as there generally isn't enough water otherwise. Sunrise and sunsets are also best timings.
Awsome break down of planning the trip
Yeah thats the style I want to follow now. Lewt me know if you think it can be improved.
great vid AP. look forward to seeing you out there sometime. Take care.

@@benjanson7484 definitely good to keep a diary hey. The pros do it that way.
I think the fish love it rough too.

Hello Adventure Primal , can you tell me where i can land base fishing around Redcliffe please .Thank you for your time .

@@AdventurePrimal .Scott's Point is just a normal name. Out of 10 people, there is only 1 get fish . Thank you for your time and your explain.
