The biggest problem in the UK is lack of water.. small ponds and lakes are mostly private.. bigger lakes are scarce.. u have some canals.. but they are very narrow (hence narrow boats).. In holland our canals are like 50 meters across.. or more. and lanes for much bigger shipping. Yes we also have a couple of dayticket lakes over here.. but thats not the norm. Breeding carp like this in the uk in a heated tank and moving it to a lake outside is a fish killer. Engaging in fishing at a facility with manufactured fish and controlled conditions may provide a fun experience and is good for kids perhaps but it lacks the authenticity and challenge that define true fishing. This practice is often designed primarily for profit, this doesn't reflect the skills and patience required in genuine fishing. To truly call oneself a fisherman, one should seek out natural waters with wild stocks, where the unpredictability of nature tests their abilities and knowledge. Real fishing involves understanding ecosystems, adapting to varying conditions, and respecting the environment, all of which contribute to a deeper appreciation of the sport.
I been carp fishing since 11 I'm 40 now I've always enjoyed catching carp but these days all people care is size like if they have a bigger PB then you there a better fisher.
I read all the negative comments and I totally understand where you are coming from. But you look at euro aqua, fed exactly the same way. Just a warmer climate to ours.So it's like it world wide. The history of carp was all about the monks breeding and feeding up carp and messing with the different strains, eg commons, mirrors and leathers. So when you look at it carp world wide have been experimented with for 100's of years. Just now we have better understanding and knowledge on how to grow and feed fish. So you could say carp worldwide are all wrongens. We don't stop eating eggs that are churned out by battery hens. feeding and dumping out eggs 24/7. Whether is fast grown or naturally grown it's still a carp. We all fish lakes across the country and we throw tons of bait in every year, so that's normal and OK to make them grow faster. Just because they grow fast in a year as opposed to several years in a lake. Same shit just different time scale in my eyes.

65lb 2oz
Have tobsay some really interesting opinions, as mentioned in some each to there own, ask a taxi driver their opinions on Uber, but for an open mind a great insightful video, thanks for that.
For the opininists a ood tead is "who moved my cheese", there's always a new perspective.
Rob talking about making it affordable for everybody 😂 £60 for 36hr 😂
i fish a water that is £20 for 12 hrs using two rods, biggest fish ive seen was 24lb, so i think £60 isnt bad
Imagine paying £50 per night plus £11 per kilo of boilie to fish the mere.
And then catching fish like the ones hassan just caught ….. awful
Fantastic set up over all lakes, who wouldnt love that as a business and hobbie to do everyday...well done rob and family 👍

🤣 give me a scaley, proper 20lb fish over some force fed, farmed, pale white 60 any day of the week.
Carp fishing in the uk is fucked, because of this kind of mentality 🤣 all about lining those pockets boys 💸 💸 💸 💸 🐮 🐮 🐮 🐮
Hundred percent mate
Where did that 20lb scaley come from?? Mug you keep chasing that import scaley. These guys are the forefront of uk carping

71lb 4oz. Great video
Each to their own, RH fisheries have some great fish to go at. Carp fishing in 2024 is so controversial and everyone thinks there Terry Hearn 😂
71lb 4oz lovely fish and great venue

Big Rig 71lb 04oz. Great video. Enjoyed the behind the scenes its great to see how it all comes together. Shame about the nay sayers, too little time in life, if it's not your thing move on.
Reminds me of intensive chicken farming, from hatched egg to oven ready in 6 weeks.

Great video and insight into RH Fisheries. Would love to fish here one day.
I believe it was 71lb 4oz. 👍
Do yourself a favour. Boycott the place
its not right though is it really ? they should be naturally grown in a natural environment..
i get what your doing but its just all in the name of money and not this fishing..
the carp game has gone too far with a lot of things and the thing i lived anout it is duing off for stuff like this
Big Rig 71lb 4oz. Love the behind the scenes films. Makes a change from the normal carp content we see
we all know how it works in fishing real success is always scorned . a fish is a fish at the end of the day and the older I get the less fucks I give about most things that used to annoy me.
a 70 in the uk is a fish I never thought id see ,
im glad I fished in the 80s and 90s when a 30 was something special but the thing that annoys me more than anything about carp fishing now is that I didn't have the foresight to be involved at this level but hey its my loss , its what we all dreamed of having years ago but never did anything about. good luck I say , it was always going to happen . when all the historical fish have pegged it what then? this is the future
Ps…. Carp fishing is capitalized! Poor fish have no chance! Let’s feed our stocked fish, with our product which we bread them on….and you can only fish with our bait, which you can buy from us🤦♂️🤔……. Big buisness… crap !!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
People moan and moan they want bigger fish as these days 20lbers are classed as pastys (they are really not) So someone grows some bigger fish and there slated. No wonder i moved away from carp fishing and on to the rivers.
71lb 4oz big rig.. very interesting video enjoyed it, sure would be good to get a change to fish it 🤞🍀🎣
