If nothing else, this series of interviews proves that people are not "lazy", "too sensitive", "too weak"...all the things when people say "They should just pull themselves up by their bootstraps and get a job." These are real, severely traumatized, deeply scarred human beings that never received the mental and physical care they deserved to get through their issues. God bless these people. I cannot imagine the toll this noble work takes on Mark. Many hugs to Mark, as well.

@@daisy4750 you can have a debilitating mental illness even if you had a wonderful childhood, sometimes it is purely biological. @justsomenobody889 Totally agree! I didn't have a perfect childhood but it is the one time in my life where things were carefree and somewhat perfect! Circumstances later in life can destroy a person's life! I had a normal life until someone molested me and triggered OCD which laid dormant and didn't know I had until that moment. Life for the most part has been hell since then!

@@daisy4750Those cases are extremely rare in comparison to those who HAVE experienced trauma/abuse/whatever. Why would you choose to focus on the outlying cases instead of the MAJORITY? Because it’s important to remember that the let’s ballpark it and say 15% of drug addicts/mentally ill people had everything given to them in childhood DONT have any trauma? Think about it. Like really think about it. So let’s say screw the 85% bc 15% have no excuse? Youre delusional, easily coerced into believing biased propaganda about addicts and ignorant about addiction and actual issues. Stfu please.

*DID is a disassociative disorder that forms from severe repeated trauma from the ages of about 5-10. Those 5 years are when the bulk of your personality is formed. The severe, repeated trauma, causes disruption in the formation of the child's singular personality. In order to survive what has happened to them, their brain will create 2+ personalities. They can develop personalities that were desgined, by the brain, to hold all of the trauma memories, so the original host does not have to remember it. They can develop personalities that are protectors, persecuters, children ect.*
With DID, an individual can disassociate for seconds to hours at a time, where they can be totally catatonic. This can happen when personalities are struggling to switch or fighting over a switch. Some people can have more than one personality at the front, or co-concious. I believe when Alisha's accent and mannerisms switch back and forth every few seconds, we're seeing at least 2 personalities that are currently co-concious.
Now the word salad that's going on, plus the delusions, points toward her having another potential diagnosis of schizophrenia. Could it be drug induced psychosis instead ? Yeah. But I would venture to guess Schizophrenia is also at play here.
I pray Alisha gets the help she needs. She doesn't deserve to be traumatized any further in life. She needs help and some peace.

As a mother of three adult children I often blame myself for allowing my children to grow up with my husband.
He is a vet with PTSD, major depressive disorder, and Bp disorder. All of these diagnosis came after the military. He was to desert storm, and when he came home he was never the same person. I hated it because they were born after he came home, so they too never got to meet the man that I fell in love with, and who was my best friend.
They never got to meet that guy! They have only known the guy that I’ve had to stop from committing suicide twice, the guy that is absolutely amazing, but only sees himself a looser.
All of my energy has been given to maintain a normal relationship between my children and their father. It has been exhausting.
Even with them being adults and seeing the issues for themselves, I still want to protect them from any behavior that would negatively affect them.

🛑 PLS READ BEFORE YOU JUDGE THIS BEAUTIFUL SOUL 💕
I have diagnosed DID, I’m a millennial. This woman is genuine. The “babble” is a form of dissociation/ rapid switching from being nervous or anxious or triggered. Can be many things. Anything. I’ve noticed many switches. I CAN follow her story. Bc I speak like this! It’s called word salad.
DID is formed under the age of 6-9 when the personality sets. Locks in. Prior to that we are all just “multiple personalities” so to speak.
With REPEATED childhood trauma, I know first hand, especially this level of trauma… comes one moment of something going wrong for your mind to just break.
Alters become Amnesiac. Switchy. Not making sense if no one is “driving the body” so to speak. I could go on for hours! But living on the streets, regardless of there’s any drug use ect, it’s a HIGE STRESS factor for ANYONE let alone someone with DID.
Then I’m guessing being homeless in USA there’s no Medicare. 🤦‍♀️
It becomes a horrid cycle impossible to get out of. Trauma attract trauma. 😢
I DEEPLY FEEL FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL, TORTURED SOUL.
She needs help, love and support.
I wish I was in the USA so I could come talk to her and give her the time of day, she deserves. To be seen ❤

D.I.D is a magical defensive mechanism of the brain. It saves the child from being consciously aware of the extreme trauma they are experiencing. Each one has their own identity and "job". The host is completely unaware of what is happening when another is "up front" and in control. In some cases they have the ability to communicate with each other on the inside. D.I.D is fascinating. She reminds of the lady Mark has interviewed a few times before "Ruby" I believe her name was...the conversation being all over the place was just how Ruby did too.

Alisha certainly needs a lot of help, beginning with safety,
This is NOT a typical presentation of DID or DIDNOS, with all due respect, and, honor for all those who have survived life-altering trauma
As a Survivor/overcomer of SRA/MKUltra/Child Trafficking, who was programmed with DID, and then functioned with DIDNOS once free from The Family, The CIA and my father, (ages 18 - 20) until all the memories came flooding back when I was 33,
I went into therapy, and de-programmed/integrated, and, healed.
I will say, from reading between the lines, that I do believe she went through inescapable, overwhelming trauma that caused DID. However, the trauma that causes DID splits begins before the age of six, and most alters are children playing adult rolls.
What I am seeing and hearing (medically Ret.RN who did work in a psych unit), is more consistent with Bi-Polar manic delusions of grandeur, and, unfortunately, as her wounds and scattered thoughts demonstrate, drug abuse. I suspect meth, as Mark mentioned as well.
I perceive she is a victim of multi-generational satanic ritual abuse hidden within a "Pentecostal" Religious Family. The Bloodline Luciferian Family I was born into, were embedded in a mainline Lutheran Church. It was simply a front for Die Familie (The Family in German). The entire elder board was made up of The Family, and Pastors were either Bloodline willing participants, or controlled patsies that did not stay long in that church.
Real Christians that would stumble into that place, usually left within a year.
Satanic/Luciferian Rituals took place in the basements and sanctuary.
I suspect that her delusions of being Jesus God, and the Holy Spirit, and also "Underworld" deities, with voodoo weapons, etc... is due to the black and white duality of all things that the Luciferian religion is based upon.
The good news is, DID, in and of itself, is NOT a mental illness, but a highly intelligent, yet, dysfunctional coping mechanism developed through dissociation. Thus, it can be treated and wholly healed.
The usual presentation of DID is not flowing, rambling like we witnessed. Alters all have a job to do in order to survive, and the switches among alters are based on triggers/subjects, one alter can't handle, or doesn't know the answer to, and is visible in the physiology of each identity. I was very careful to watch her eyes and mannerisms. They just did not change in the way people with DID change. Even her accents were not consistent, like you find with DID. You can have alters that can fluently speak other languages unknow to the Host Identity/Personality (the one that usually interfaces with the public).
People with DID, but, esp DIDNOS, can interface with the public and function well.
As a survivor, my birth family were all DID. I was the only one that got free from The Family (42 years now), de-programmed, and integrated (25+ yrs). My siblings and mom were free for about two years, but, did not do the hard work of therapy. They were accessed and re-programmed. I live 2000 mi. away for a reason.
"They" took my father out on his 64th birthday because his programming had fallen apart so many times, they found it impossible to re-program him, plus he abused alcohol and prescription drugs. He was too much of a liability, and my sisters were pressing charges against him, which was allowed in the state they reside in.
    Anyhow, enough of my experiences.
I hope and pray that Alisha can get into a SAFE ministry that can house her, get her clean and sober, address all the diagnoses she may have, and give her both spiritual healing and professional healing that she needs. California is NOT a safe place for SRA survivors. * I was born and raised in S. Calif until the age 0f 18yrs. The city was a viper's nest of the Luciferians and multiple, wealthy, Pedophile Rings.
    God save Alisha!
    Cheryl Beck.

I'm sorry but your understanding of dissociative disorders is incredibly outdated. DIDNOS as a diagnosis stopped being used in 2013 and is now called OSDD. The person who founded and pioneered integration as treatment is a European Dr who was permanently disbarred from practicing because he was found to have badly abused many of his patients with DID and OSDD. I have OSDD and function with it. I have not been the main host our entire life. I can't imagine ever wanting integration as I have no idea who we would be or what we would be like if one and to me that is terrifying. Most people I meet diagnosed with a dissociative disorder feel the same. If it works for you and makes your life better then good I am happy for you just please understand its not for everyone. Also integration as regarded by modern psychological standards is not viewed as being a permanent cure as exposure to traumatic events afterwards can cause you to fracture again and be less functional than before integration.

Something where she can sleep without being in fear. Even some nights. I am sure ppl will donate some for this sweet girl.
Thank you for giving her the possibility to talk.

Alysha is an example of how fine the line is between genius and crazy. There’s so much truth in what she says…I believe she could be helped on the proper medication. She just needs someone to work with her, give her some safe surroundings and help her to get back into society. Anyone out there who can offer her a chance?

I found the conversation very difficult to follow, I’ve always been sceptical of certain DID cases in the limelight, but this conversation has completely convinced me that this is one of the most real representations of DID I’ve ever seen.
