I'm surprised there are not more forensics such as tractor wheel marks leading to the pit etc. There is a lot of questions that could be answered and narrow the speculation. I don’t know what’s going on w court TV. The parent-child relationship is complicated. I found this to be more true w monied families as an ICU RN for a few decades. His verbal pattern doesn’t seem dishonest to me. He got it out that his dtrs seemed to prefer being w grandparents. No surprise when $ isn’t an issue for grandparents. The son may have had issues w drinking or dependence on his dad for $ that helped him see his daughters after a divorce. Less fortune kids make a choice to either fall prey to weaknesses or realize they have to do it on own, trade, school or work like a horse to get ahead. She didn’t have access to money so felt controlled, trapped & for 15 yrs had some relationship w another man. I don’t find him unlikable… not for what he’s been through & how his dad enabled dependence.

If he was standing out by the fire, tending to it, she could walk right up behind him, shoot him, and push him forward into the fire pit. I may be missing information. Maybe the father cut him off ?
I think the mother shows emotion ..she may feel broken hearted to think her son is testifying against her while she believes he did it ..this son has

He was intending to do some burning that day, according to his son. All she would have had to do was follow him to it and ambush him. She wouldn't have needed to move the body very far, if at all.
She might have needed to add additional flammable things to the burn, but that wouldn't necessarily mean she wasn't strong enough to do that.
She also had plenty of time to get rid of the weapon. 😕

When someone else help me it was there right where i left it? This should be struck out. He left the property? Did the officer search his vehicles before he left. I think a lot of the search and evidence by the police was botched up. Being an Attorney what can one say? If he was poisoned or felt he could have, he had the knowledge to go get his food tested, or get tested for poisoning. This woman would know he could get the food tested. So no she did not kill him one or two of the boys did it, or one with an accomplish, maybe one he owed money to and his father was not going to bail him out.
