@ighdesigns , the issues regarding divorce with rich individuals are always financial and property wise issues! Us normal individuals would just be happy to get a divorce and move on with our lives! Rich individuals are so money and property hungry though! That's why some of these crazy narrassistic and psychopathic individuals think that killing their spouse is easier and that they won't get caught!! News Flash.....They Always Get Caught!! 😆

The mom’s open affairs put the kids in a terrible position. Dad was aware and still chose to stay in the marriage. He also had relationships with other women throughout the years and was interested in dating a woman who worked in his building while still being married.
These are the only parents they have. The relationships with their children would have been much better without all of this drama they brought to the family. The kids did the best they could given what they were in the middle of dealing with.

@@yourpetyourway For many years I earned the money in my marriage. I can’t imagine taking 50 grand from our joint assets without consulting with my husband and making sure we are in agreement. I am sure they have more than I do, but I would loop in my husband about any non-household withdrawal above $100 that was not a joint benefit and he does the same with me. What she did is ridiculous and most spouse’s would be alarmed by that behavior and would probably do something similar to what her husband did. She was putting his financial stability in danger which could also cause problems for him professionally.

This is why marriage is a business a lot of times and not about love. Hello panel women poison their husband’s all the time .This panel is a disgrace. To go along with so called defense tactic that the children did this is nonsense. The defense has to point the finger elsewhere in this case. I watched the mom in court. She is sitting there cold really cold hearted while her son is being abused by the defense attorney. She is a cold hearted woman in my opinion. Guilty!

To me she looks like a tired numb woman. Possibly emotionally abused and financially deprived spouse. One comes to a point when is not able to express emotion any longer, especially when the witnesses against the defendant are her own adult children. It is Shakespeare-level tragedy. On the brink of insanity at some point (?) Again, “life is stranger than fiction”. “Money does not buy happiness”. “Be careful who you marry”… and other well-trodden line-up of banalities…
      Very sad.

Idk these sons not too convincing the other son was more than this one he had a lot of drama and issues hence the ex wife divorcing him. But I don’t see them wanting their dad dead. This woman just seems too out of touch for her kids and her dead husband she def had something to do with it and the daughter probably helped her or the neighbor she texted that she wanted him dead

She shot once to threaten him and then marched him to the burn pile at gunpoint where she shot again to land him in the fire.

Hope they eventually are able to connect mom to the murder better than what I’ve seen so far ! How did her little tiny mean self move his body alone ? I know the bullet in the basement has his DNA on it so she has to know what happened in her house because she was there but then she turned around and brought her grandchildren right afterwards. Did they not see the fire or smoke in the backyard? ? Did she do this alone ? How ?

If she had the nerve to bring her lover to her daughter’s special day, she also brought him over when she visited her daughter in Atlanta, and none of the daughters could tell her anything? She looks evil and bitter. She had no respect for no one. If she hated her husband so much, how come she didn’t divorce him? Duh …because she already didn’t have access to the bank account. So of course she was the one that killed him,and rusty help her to carry him out the house. She’s covering for him.
She seems like a controlling narcissist b***
She control her kids, and probably the husband was a pushover too.

He could've been murdered near the pit and then lifted or pushed into the firepit with farm equipment.
Perhaps blood dropplets in the home could indicate that he got beat up by an accomplice,or, some sort of painful injury was inflicted on him prior to the gunshot in order to force him to walk out to the pit himself.
He was a big guy, i get the feeling he was bound, they placed some kind of restrains on him.
My guess is, the perpetrators are his wife and son, wife and neighbor or wife and lover.
