All of Southern Indiana has changed so much in the last few years. Jeffersonville and New Albany are really growing as more and more people move here. You don’t have to cross the River to the city as much for shopping and dining as we have most of everything you need right here.
Born and raised there. Can get cold here. If you live in the mountain west or New England, that won't be a big problem. If you live in Florida or Hawaii, this WILL be an issue.
This video was very helpful. I am living in Utah and the cost of living in Indiana is so much lower as far as housing costs go. What other cities would you recommend and which ones should I avoid? Thanks
@@KeySigRealty a large enough town to have everything that you need and possible job opportunities, but not too big. Something more quaint and peaceful.

New Albany is becoming gentrified, me and alot of others cannot afford to live where we grew up due to the shitty pop up shops that never last more than a few years, new Albany isn’t what it used to be.
@@KeySigRealty I’m 20 years old and have lived here most of my life, I was born here and stayed until 9, then left and moved back at 12 in 2013, all the way till now. I currently go to IUS and have slowly seen the city I love become nothing but a tourism trap, our mayor is awful and has been forcing the poorest of our community out into unsafe places like Jeffersonville and Clarksville (Clarksville isn’t unsafe Perse but has the most car jacking in the whole state, which is one regular issue with the area)
