Thanks for the video. Visiting the area in June for a wedding and looking for a place to base ourselves to spend a few days exploring. Where would you recommend?
We were dubious about using Brindisi as a base but it was perfect, several fabulous restaurants, with lots to see and do. Perfect if using public transport both train and bus, however if your planing on using a car both Monopoli and Polignano a mare, are more quaint and picturesque. Hi Sue, the one downside, there's no public transport from the airport into the city , if you want a reliable taxi driver highly recommend Roberto, speaks English very good driver. His number if needed is 0039330939820.
