Poaching liquid
- 500ml of fish stock
- 4 spoons of soy sauce

Aside from the recipies - which are fab! - I just saw the softbox reflection in the furniture. I'd highly suggest adding bee/grid so that the light doesn't spill all over the place. Your eyes will thank me later as well :)

Yes, because you do not know how to use it the right way. If you handle it with proper technique, you will never cut yourself. Look at my hands; there is no chance of cutting fingers.

Beetroots might look nice in the plating but the taste is fucking nasty bro, no matters how you dress them
