Balut is a very healthy food. It is very rich in protein. Balut is kinda like a power food in P.I. The reason why some people don't eat Balut is because they feel weird eating an unborn bird. They eat chicken, though or any other fowls but they never feel weird eating the mother of Baluts😂

Commuting is all over. I am a Registered Nurse in the US and have to wake up at 4:30 AM. I drive for one hour or so to get to work before 7:00 AM at the hospital. Our only difference is you take the jeepney and I drive. Where I live, we don't have buses. It is more difficult if it is snowing. I also experienced when I first arrived here living alone where I did not eat more so at night because I was afraid to go out alone.
Calvin your visitor has no sign of being foreigner, she looks like more a pilipina and she's so beautiful and smart I like her being kind.... Love it.

The French lady you interviewed, Calvin learned a lot living in the Philippines, specially being patient in all the things she does each day! That’s really the first thing a foreigner needs when going to the Philippines.I think she’s a very talented person. I don’t understand why she has no job at the time of interview. However, if she is going back to her home in France, she’ll be bringing back a lot of experiences and knowledge about the Philippines!! I’m so glad that she already “discovered” a large part of the islands! Good job! Hearing foreigners taking the "rough route" like riding the jeepney is interesting. Usually foreigners would take a Grab or taxi but there are also foreigners who ride the jeepney, mostly students or those who want to save money.
She looks like half PILIPINA, she’s good, honest, but if she likes Taiwan or Vietnamese foods why not Live in these country it makes sense, we welcome everyone to come to the Philippines. Calvin you’re good and she’s good too. I’m PILIPINA live in USA for 56 years, and go back a lot, but I cant take Balut myself, I think a lot and thinking there a growing infant chiick and just boil it, a growing chick that you didn’t allow to grow, it’s not very nice to me. Regarding the fruits , I have very high standard of it , because its too good, even foreigners very much into our mangoes because its too sweet , like naturally sweet. I definitely agree to that. Mentioning Lanzones, you should try Rambutan as well.

33,000? Is that in pesos or dollars? But during a period of 6 months, that equates to an average of Php184.00 or $3.35 per day.
In Philippines , that would be a good LOW budget and a very good value for money if we assume that it's the total amount that you've spent for all breakfast, lunch, and dinner per day everyday for a regular but good Filipino or other not native Filipino food.
-If we assume that Php184.00 is the total for 2 ordered meals a day, then that would still be a good value for your money since the food is made and then delivered to wherever you may want them to.
-An average of 1.5 ordered meals a day (sometimes 1 ordered meal/day and sometimes 2 meals/day) that costs 180-200 pesos is really what I and most Filipinos would expect to spend for that nowadays.
BUT Php184.00 would be a bit too much If it's only for breakfast, or just for lunch, or just for supper.
