      It's not about you being black or dark-skinned person. It's the culture. Kumbanga part sa history nila yan na ginagamit na slur dati against Black People. That's why it's inappropriate to say the word kasi ang Filipinos ay hindi naman part sa history nila.

Let us embrace our cultures, respect our laws, do not commit crimes, do not impose if your country has a countures of hate, violence religious cults or violent islamic cultures and hateful activities and together let us build this beautiful country so that both the locals and foreigners can enjoy together.

    actually philippines is the safest place in the world. if you meet an accident they will not ignore you but try to help you. before maybe 15 years back it was unsafe.

      We are all different.
      Just like me, I grew up eating shawarma and it's one of my comfort foods, but when I tasted the original shawarma, I threw up. It had a strong, weird taste.

    Please don't be offended if some people use the "N" word. Many Filipinos may not fully understand its historical and cultural significance. Children especially might hear the term in music and movies without knowing its offensive nature. So I apologize on behalf of Filipinos, Calvin.

      @@calvincastiel5663 N word is Spanish (n**o) in English translates to black. When Filipinos say the N word, that’s what they mean. They’re referring to a black person, especially in the provinces. They don’t mean the racist connotation that they use in the US

    We say when we say goodbye like "ingat" or "aping" which means "be safe or stay safe". That may explain why foreigners may view the Philippines as an unsafe county upon researching.

    Negro is not really a racist / deregatory term here.
    It is in Spanish and provinces are even named Negros, it is simply a term used to describe something or someone.
    Although it is better not to to use it as people are different and some who may not understand it may be offended.

      Also regarding the N-word, we were colonized for a long time by spain and our languages are heavily influenced by them. Hence a lot of the people are using that word.

    as a Filipino, do you know why we're friendly and hospitable? Because we're racist, but quite the opposite, the only race we hate is our own, there's nothing else in the PH that can top filipino hating against another filipino, i have no idea why, i'm guilty of this as well and this can't be because of infeiority complex because i have observed that filipinos are nice to foreigners overall, whether you come from the poorest part of Africa, India, Bangladesh, Europe

      I immigrated to the USA back in 1991. I now live in a nice Northeastern small town. Very nice people and close knit communities minus the Marites culture of the Philippines.
