Love this video so much! The grace and compassion you offer was EVERYTHING for me after my c-section. So so helpful. I’m a year out and I still do this sometimes as self care. Amy you’re the best!
Thank you for your videos! I've had 5 babies in 8 years...needless to say my core was a hot mess! I started cycling through your videos almost 4 months ago now and feel so strong now (plus lost that nagging 10 lbs I just couldn't seem to lose!). I can now actually sit up from laying down without rolling over and don't feel like a bowl full of jelly when buttoning my pants, lol. Thank you for your simple and encouraging videos. I felt like I *could* be successful from day 1. Your medium tempo and simple explanations really helped me feel capable and not overwhelmed. Take care!
I’ve watched and done multiple core workout videos and this was the first one that left me KNOWING I targeted the right deep muscles. Thank you for being generous enough to post these for mamas!
I want to thank you Amy I just had a C-section eight weeks ago and it's hard to find workouts that are formatted for C-sections so I thank you so much! I worked out to your videos while I was pregnant too and being overweight prior to pregnancy, they really help to control my gain throughout the 40 weeks, thank you again!
Love this…..I have diastasis recti and have had 4 c sections ( 8 babies). My core is so much stronger since doing the DR videos and thought I would do this one today. I like to finish with the short ab videos when I have time to reinforce whatever I’ve been doing in the regular workout. Thank you thank you thank you Amy!!!! I never would have stuck with working out without you
I did this video everyday for two weeks and was noticeably stronger by the end! Thank you so much for helping me get my tummy in shape! Would recommend to anyone who just had a baby or beginner in exercise
Thank you! Your prenatal workouts helped me so much during my pregnancy, and now I'm so grateful to be able to start my postpartum workout routine with some healthy moves and positive vibes. You are truly the best!
I love the way you explain how to activate the lower tummy muscles in this video which is ideal for new moms. Thanks for the great technique points on each exercise too.
Thank you for the excellent routines, they are very effective, my ab gap is almost closed! You are a great instructor and a generous person for posting all these workouts! Thanx again for all the help! 😊
Thank you Amy! Another great video. You’ve been such a great help over this pregnancy and post partum period whilst the UK has been in complete lockdown. My 2 yr old sitting on my back during the plank was an unexpected modification to this workout…
I wish I would have found this video before I attempted to do a regular ab video! I had a c section 8 weeks ago and decided to get back in the ab game, but ended up hurting my stomach and had pain for three straight days! Love this workout!
I love this workout Amy! I have had three kids via c-section, the youngest is 4 years old and i'm finally feeling like i would like to get my body back a wee bit! These are wonderful exercises! Feeling the progress! :)
Love this!! Been following you for a while and I had a c section too with both of my gorgeous kids the first being an emergency. I very insecure about how my tummy looks near my c section scar and I feel very numb in that area. I will definately be trying this out - thanks Amy!!! xx
Dear Amy, Can you please tell me how many times a week I must do the workouts for the best result? Every other day, so I have one rest day in between of can I do it every day?
Thank you for the video! :) it's a good and safe way to loose fat but mainly restore the muscles, I've just done it twice but start to feeling my abs again, hopefully after few weeks of your workouts I will be back in shape
Hi Amy, I love the way you have explained the workout so clearly. I have just started doing them after 6 months of delivery. Would they yield good results as I feel I am starting them too late ? Pls suggest. Thanks
Hi Amy, loving your channel! Thank you muchly! I have a 14 week old and am wondering if I can move on to your other ab videos or should i wait? I had a c-section but am feeling great....I've been doing these postnatal vids for 2 weeks every day (sometimes every 2nd day). Would appreciate your feedback. Cheers!
Hi Amy! Are any of these exercises that you have provided in this video unsafe for pregnancy? I am currently 4 months pregnant with my 5th child, and trying desperately to strengthen my extremely weak core before I have my baby. My last pregnancy was extremely difficult and painful in my last trimester because my body was so weak and out of shape.
Hi Amy... Ur videos are awesome. I love them and finally have a work along video for Post Natal workout. I have a 16 week old baby n I wish I found u at 8 weeks. If you can let us know how many times a week v can do ur workout it wud be great.... Cheers
Thanks for another great post-natal video. I've also been using your 5 and 10 minute videos during my new babies naps and they are perfect...since that's about as long as he naps! Haha. Hope you are doing well with your recovery.
Is this safe to do when you have stomach muscle separation? I did it once and loved it, and it felt fine but don't want to do any damage/take longer to heal. Thanks!
Im 13 w pp and been doing a few of your starting up videos to.ger back into.it. How long do i take it easy for?the videos are def getting easier now that im working back into it. But when can i do more cardio/abs?ive also had c section.
I had a boy a week ago, can I start it now and how do I know if it's safe and I am completely ready to start back on the exercises that i used to do before pregnancy . Please I will appreciate correct answer .

Amazing practice thanx

The DR workouts and Postnatal Core 1 and Postnatal Core 2 workouts give more options for healing
