    7 years postpartum and this workout is one I still come back to! 😆 I like the flow and can advance to the hardest level easily. It's good for any stage!

    I had my 3rd baby 16 months ago. Even though I'm farther out, I'm finally easing back into regular exercise, so I love all of Amy's postnatal videos! I started several weeks ago with the core workouts to strengthen my core first, and now I'm trying this one. I love it! Amy is so right that I don't want to do a lot of jumping up and down while I'm still nursing! LOL! So this is perfect for me to get back into it at my own pace and with what is comfortable for my body. And it's a lot easier for me to squeeze 20 minutes in than an hour. Love this! Thanks Amy!

    I'm way, way postpartum (more than 9yrs), but I had diastasis recti, and if my back is ever sore I still come straight back to your post-natal videos. I woke up in severe back pain, I've been struggling w/for days. Doing your 18 minute diastasis recti video I felt much better, so I decided to follow that with this, and I feel as better than I've felt in a week. So even though I've done a lot of exercise since my daughter was born, your post-natal videos still do wonders if my back is sore. Thank you!!!

    Love Amy! I'm 5 months postpartum and had a c-section for my twins. I did Amy's prenatal workouts throughout my pregnancy and love her postpartum stuff. She gives me a great workout without trying to cram too much into 20 minutes. She keeps it safe and effective. I added 1lb hand weights & 1lb ankle weights to this one to make it more challenging 💪

    6 weeks post partum and this work out is terrific! It's just enough for me to really feel the burn in the short time I have to myself with naps. Love all your video's!

    7 weeks pp. I've been doing some gentle exercises and going for walks, but super happy with myself for managing to make it through this work out doing mainly the hardest options! Super proud of my baby son for staying asleep the whole time to let me do it too haha. Thanks so much for your videos, perfect balance encouragement & exercise walkthroughs. Appreciate it!     So sooo glad I found this. I had my second baby 17 weeks ago back in November and I've been a stay at home mom for 3 years almost. I am definitely out of shape, but lacking in time and motivation or energy to get my old body back. Everything I kept finding seemed too advanced for me to start off with and honestly made me feel even worse to see women at only 8 weeks post partum doing way more intense exercises. This was a perfect start off for me to help me get back into the groove of things. Your encouraging words made me feel even better (the knowing baby may already be crying, that ANY exercise is better than none and is success!!!) I seriously thank you for making me feel like less of a blob and a failure this morning. You helped me have the patience and understanding that I needed to give myself today.     I did your prenatal workout nearly every day till week 32 when I had to stop, now coming back for the postnatal workout. As an overweight person it's challenging but not to hard. I lost all my weightgain from pregnancy after 4 weeks, now heading to reduce the overweight from before pregnany. Thanks for your great workouts

    Thank you so much for this video!
    I had complications during my delivery and had a massive surgery and a long recovery. Went from a fit 30 year old to really weak and unfit. I have dont this workout multiple times, and I love that I can adjust the exercises to where I am at

    Thank you for this, my pregnancy made me double my size everywhere! I’m 9 weeks postpartum and I hate my own image in the mirror and I want to be back in shape and healthier for my baby as I breast feed. These are a godsend and make me feel like with hard work I’ll be on track soon enough ❤️

      How is it going?
      I'm 9 weeks pp right now and my arms have never seen so flabby haha. After my first 2 I lost weight so easily, but after #3 I had a pretty bad prolapse so my recovery and exercise regimen was very different. I never lost all the weight. Then I had #4 and was at my highest weight ever. Learning to feel comfortable in my current skin while working to shed 2 pregnancies of weight haha.

    I'm 8 Month pp and have been working out daily from 2 months pp and I don't remember sweating as much as I just did doing this workout. Amy, You know how to get that heart rate up! THANK YOU!!!! (and that was a pp workout, I can't imagine doing the videos from before your beautiful baby) xxx

    5months pp thanks for this video. My baby just sits watching me and laughing she thinks I’m playing with her or maybe dancing with these moves. I’m doing this routine atleast 3times a week. Later maybe I’ll do more

    I am so glad I found your channel, and most especially your postnatal workouts. I am 4 months postpartum with my 2nd and this workout is perfect for me! I love how you have 3 levels for every move you do. The way you are so positive about being healthy and going at your own pace after pregnancy is very refreshing. Also, my toddler loves doing the workout with me. It's become a fun part of our morning routine.

    Im not post natal, my oldest is 4, however im just getting over covid and this was the perfect intensity for me to ease back into working out. I got sweaty and my heart rate got up there but i was still able to breathe!! ❤ loved it

    Since this is full body, how do you recommend doing other workouts with it? Especially the days before and after, giving specific muscles time to rest? I love doing this exercise and would love some tips.

    Felt soo good at 11 weeks post parum. Lots of squats but also lots of rest, so I could do it. I have not beem using glutes or hip flexors enough. This was great! Really got the heart rate up. Be sure to take 5 minutes and do some of your own stretches. Left hip got super tight whixh I believe is because I did not take time to stretch

    wow what a great workout!! day 1 for me i did half. im 4 months after c section and only recently felt strong again. im looking forward to making this a part of my evertday or weekly at least routine (i did no workouts before)

    Loving this workout! I did the hardest versions (phew!) and I'm 3.5 months out. I have been doing your other postnatal workouts and this one really got my heart beating and the sweat going. Loved it!

    Dear Amy, I have done your prenatal series while I was pregnant. I also had a c-section and I'm now 13 weeks postpartum. I'm trying really hard to motivate myself to get a workout in every other day and did this today and felt some tightness/pulling right under the incision line. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the incision itself as it's completely healed. Do you feel the same thing? Would you recommend some type of massage along that area or just push through the workout and it should take care of itself? Or is it going to remain that way? Thanks for an awesome workout!

    Started this on week 4- had a stillbirth so although recovery was the same for me I had more time on my hands than expected. Have tried lots of other post natal workouts and cardio circuits but this by far is the most effective. Can't wait to try more vids!

    I am 20 months post partum. Parts of my body are back to normal, but I am finding that I really need to be extra careful with my hips still. I had 5 kids in 7 years, carried 4 if them for 42 weeks. I feel like I could do post partum workouts forever! Also, I need to be careful to heal my diastasis recti and strengthen my pelvic floor.
