All fish were of legal size and were speared for consumption. I abide by catch size limits, daily takes and no fish zones. Over the past 6 years I have made the commitment to no longer buy fish, so I only eat the fish I catch. Spearfishing is the most sustainable form of fishing on the planet, it is also the most environmentally friendly form of fishing when practiced well.

Remember my University years including Phd back in many years ago dived nearly everywhere but missing Uk lobsters a lot.

Hey mate what torch are you using, and what part of Devon, I'm in torbay and just started foraging/diving.
you started heavier workout or something?? you'll need bigger wetsuit soon lol. Anyways, have you ever tried eating whole lobster...head apparently has best flavour, giving lobster to Asian person is so rewarding, they throw away only empty shell :O
Haha yeah! Yup so i eat all parts of the lobster and typically make a mayonnaise with the brown meat in the head, if im in the kitchen nothing goes to waste including the frames or shells for broth.
Its sad that its only in a few parts of the world where more is utilised per and post world wars this was common throughout the west too but over time weve become lazy and fixated on the “prime” parts.
@@WetMammal heh, remember, more muscle need more O2…I reduced my workout as I have tendency to gain muscle mass rapidly, but if I don’t workout, my body falls apart😭
I don’t even eat lobsters, I tried all of that awesome looking sea food and sadly it’s not for me😭 just can’t swallow it. Even scallops, would eat it if I would have to, I know crazy, but loving oysters on bbq with chilli flakes.
Would eat probably any type of fish tho, too bad I mostly get everything else😕
