@@ryane8881 Looks amazing, some of that coastline reminds me of St Abb's head a little. Very rugged looking. This Vis is excellent too! Makes me want to go back 😂
Just mesmerising to watch! Absolutely exceptional spearing, I’m amazed that you’re not only solo’ing deep, remote spots on your own, you’re also bringing home exceptional fish that I’ve never seen another spearo land. Just keep doing what you love mate, it’s amazing to watch 👌🏼
That’s awesome to hear, cheers mate! I did solo dive some sketchy spots and below 20m but I also dived with a few guys. I didn’t really show it in the vid, we nearly sank a boat in big swells! 😂 made some great memories and got good stories from the trips I reckon there’s still much more out there to find in Scotland! Agreed, can’t wait to get back to exploring! 👍
Just check all your cupboards in the van next time you go up there, I might be stowing away 😂 Another great video fella and some interesting catches plus the Highland tunes just set it up nicely
😆 thanks Carl! I’ll be checking under the bed before I go on next trip! I try and use different music in every video but the highland banger makes video intros so easy 😂 I reckon I was very close to seeing a wolffish but there’s other rarely seen species out there. Not easy but definitely possible to find in Scotland
Thanks! Yeah I’ve spent quite a bit of time looking for good spots with no success but now I’ve found some good spots it definitely helps find the fish!
Great video, any advice on what kind of areas to search for scallops? I have a few spots around the Orkney islands but struggled on the west coast of Scotland
Thanks mate, yeah back at work at the moment. These videos are just highlights, got some nice stuff off camera as well but it can make it look easier than it actually is!

Awesome stuff mate! Love your hunting style.. Is this on the west coast?
Thanks mate. Mainly east coast, some on the north and bit over on Skye and surrounding area!

@@OceanicMatt that clip of the coastline after the intro was up on the north coast. Savage currents there and not very safe for shore diving!

Great stuff, Ryan. I mean the whole idea of the trip is marvellous. It's always a pleasure to watch your videos! Thanks
Thank you very much! Good to hear you like it. I’m heading out to fairly unexplored areas, living off seafood while exploring. It’s been a lot of fun!
love the hole hunting with a torch, such a good approach
Thanks, yeah it’s good for cod, ling, lobsters etc on reefs and wrecks!

Good video lad!

Thanks! I’d normally look for lochs and try to find paths to remote spots people most won’t go to then cover ground looking for them
I live and spear in Scotland and struggle to find quary like this! 😅 Another excellent video mate, glad the Scotland trip went/is going well!
