which does raise an interesting question - will people measure space warships horizontally or vertically? considering how these ships will be constantly starting/stopping main thrusters, the crew would probably stand against direction of thrust, instead of.... flat like ships on sea. or maybe I'm just overthinking because I'm stupid 😑
@@Vlamyncksken I was quite pleased with the finale, but Alex was a case of 'making the best out of the situation' which is a shame cuz I really liked the character even though the actor turned out to be... well.
I love the concept of having an "up and down" with surfaces, but a moon map would be more immersive. This planet has infrastructure on it and it makes the ships feel annoyingly slow
There actually was an Expanse themed moon map, don't think it works anymore though. Not a fan of Grethosian Wastes, OBL has some really cool space maps though.
If you're using OBS, disallow transparent recording, as that is responsible for the dark patches in the engines. (unless thats how its supposed to look)
The dev should incorporate fliping the ship while moving. Its painfully slow to turn. And coming to a complete stop doesnt make sense, just to have to turn back around

@@forgotultag1543 No you're not wrong. It makes sense to build a ship in height, with 'down' being towards the engine, like depicted in The Expanse.

Problem is the scale. The buildings and the spaces between them seem to be huge in comparison to the ships.

I think the ships are supposed to be really big
most of those ships are traveling faster than 50 kph or 30 mph most of the time.
It's the scale of the map, ships in this game can cover a kilometer in a few seconds.
