UNIST is probably the closest to HFTF out currently just with more setplay, and is personally one of my favorite fighting games. My personal favorite fighting game out right now is Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2, but its significantly faster than UNIST, though I haven't seen good HFTF in a while
