This game is freaking brilliant. And one of my favourites even though I dont have a PC. I love fighting games, How come this game is not on ps4/Xbox One? Nintendo switch. Really weird FGC who don't have PC or gaming laptop are really missing on this gem. Really sucks. I probably will buy a PC just for fightcade, and all these kick ass fighting games. I know PC is superior to consoles, I just dont want complications, headache with configuring, I really cant stand all that. That's why I avoided getting an PC again. Too much maintenance sometimes if something goes wrong.
Good guide! Some system specifics are not mentioned, like counter-hits (you can see it pretty clearly anyways) and Health Difference\Guts (very not obvious, first one makes you deal more damage and receive less the less hp than your opponent you have, the second one gives damage reduction under 25% hp - so never give up, comebacks are real!). You can input reflector multiple times to beat multi-hits or to cancel auto-attack that comes off it (important against jump-ins where people will reflect your reflect lol; also reflecting projectiles won't give you an auto-attack, only against melee). There's also otg hits, different armor ratio for each char (damage multiplier, though initial health is the same), and some other things, wiki has it all. If you think Marilyn is hard\kinda sucky, then try her in vanilla, she's insane there lol (or you can watch my vids\check her wiki page, it's written mostly by me mostly about vanilla; I have lots of ABK combos\highlights\pvp videos in overall to watch). If you think reflectors do no damage and combos off them suck, then, again, you get it, they were better in vanilla. AA is cool and has rollback, it's our main right now, but vanilla play is very possible with delay netcode as well. Good luck and play ABK (or at least watch\listen to the OST), it's a gem and my most favorite fg ever!
To be fair even with the damage and 5C nerfs Marilyn's still one of the best characters in the game. Just represents how ausf.achse is in general a game with a bit more chill than 1131.
1. Akatsuki does everything very well and is pretty much the best character in ausf.achse. Cancel DPs into EX fireballs to make em safe, 6B lets you open people up, j.2C gives you extra movement to call out reversals or alter jump-in timings to catch blitzes and his combos have great corner carry and damage. 2. Fritz has a learning curve of about five minutes. Walk back and forth, whiff punish with your buttons. Use your canned high/low in 5C and 2C to catch the opponent off guard. When in trouble just use your only EX moves (command dash forward or command dash back) for a completely invulnerable, unpunishable movement option.
@@PichyandPals Echoing this comment with the addition that no character is impossible to play with just a bit of effort. If Akatsuki or Fritz don't interest you all that much, feel free to poke around and see who feels good for you.
Firtz are pretty much Samsho character, no needed used spare any braincell for flashy commands moves to exacute (All he have are commands dash+ EX for invulnerable dash 2 Get out of jail cards[corner] )and normal moves damage are devastating (hit like trucks) Only he's lacking of are all his special moves noting more than "Normal", so you can pretty easily guess his offense it will came out.
Pick whoever looks coolest to you. Blitztank might be the one character I recommend trying later once you have more experience since it’s so weird but basically anyone else can work as a beginner character.
Great tutorial. I wish Anastasis comes to Steam in the future~
To those who wants to know who made the custom localized logo of ABKAA? That’s me.

@@MuhammadAli-xw4yc Subtle Style is too lazy to port AA until EN-Eins came. I hope Anastasis should be ported to consoles in the future.
Blitz tank is my favourite and no not because he a meme but he genuinely fun character to play

@@PichyandPals yeah but it's just very painful to play her now and less fun, for me at least.
Both AA and EE (EN-Eins)
Thank you! This helped a lot.
Great video! Perfecti guide when?

Subtle Style isn't easy to port consoles, not until EN-Eins came out.
