Ingredients:
For the Fries:
4 Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into ½ inch matchsticks
Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Dredge:
½ cup cornstarch
For the French Fry Seasoning:
2 tablespoons cheddar cheese powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
For the Nacho Cheese Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup milk
4 ounces American cheese (5 american cheese singles)
2 ounces Gouda or Fontina cheese, grated
½ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
